Welcome to Hus Strandweg Object description: Far away from mass tourism, directly at the Convent nature reserve where rare birds have found their home lies the idyllic former fishing village Börgerende. Old thatched fisherman huts give the place a very special charm typical of the Baltic Sea. The Ostseeradwanderweg leads directly through Börgerende, along the beautiful natural sand / pebble beach. Swimming, lounging on the beach, fishing, endless walks by the sea. By bike along the Baltic Sea cycle path to Warnemünde or Kühlungsborn, ride on the steam train Molli, golf, horseback riding ... everything possible!   In this idyllic landscape about 300 m as the crow flies to the Baltic Sea beach is the "Hus Strandweg", based on the old construction method, the house was completed in 2016 with a classic thatched roof. The family-friendly semi-detached house offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The landscaped lawn offers enough space for sunbathing or div. Ball games. Adjacent to the lawn area invites the terrace incl. Garden furniture for an extended breakfast.   The thatched cottage extends over two floors incl. Underfloor heating in all rooms. The bright and friendly furnished semi-detached house can accommodate max. 4 adults and 2 children up to max. 3 years.   On the ground floor is the first bathroom incl. Shower, hair dryer and towel dryer.   The spacious living-dining area is also located on the ground floor. The fitted kitchen in classic country style and div. Kitchen utensils such as toaster, egg cooker, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and stove with ceramic hob and oven offer ambitious hobby chefs, even on holiday, the possibility to cook food according to their own wishes. In the kitchen area a massive wooden table incl. 4 chairs completes the friendly warm design.   The cozy couch corner in the living area is ideal for relaxing after a long beach walk. The modern electronic devices such as flat-TV, Blue-Ray player, radio or a game night with the family make sure that you forget the time around quickly.   Upstairs is the second spacious and bright bathroom with shower and towel dryer. Both upstairs bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes, seating and dressers, and two double beds (1.60 x 2.00 m) with a large mattress. To sleep better can be watched in the large bedroom on the installed flat-screen TV.   If you want to do some laundry, there is a washing machine in the utility room (for a fee).  You will find the drying rack required for drying in the storage room under the stairs.
