The maritime holiday residence Dünenrose is located in a traffic-calmed zone and is about 200m as the crow flies from the Baltic Sea beach. The 2018 completed house Dünenrose with seven individually and tastefully furnished apartments is located just a few steps from the beach in Börgerende. All apartments are modern and furnished to a high standard. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, the house Dünenrose is the perfect starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retire and to find peace and relaxation. Far away from mass tourism, the former fishing village Börgerende is located directly on the Baltic Sea beach between the "White City by the sea" Heiligendamm and the Baltic Sea Nienhagen. An appealing new construction in the style of modern resort architecture preserves the original character of the place. The beach of Börgerende is divided into textile and nudist areas, as well as a dog beach. But not only water lovers come here at their expense. Nature lovers will know Borgerende in every season and learn to love. A walk along the sea to the ghost forest, a hike to Heiligendamm, a visit to the Doberaner Münster, a trip to Warnemünde, Kühlungsborn or Rostock are just a few suggestions for an interesting stay. The approximately 1. 100 km long Baltic Sea Cycle Route leads directly along the water through the town Börgerende. Swimming, lounging on the beach, fishing, walks along the sea to Heiligendamm, by bike along the Baltic Sea cycle path, a ride on the train-Molli, golf, horseback riding ... everything possible!

Exclusive sun-drenched dream apartment (72m² / built in 2018) with 2 roof terraces and sea view (only 200m to the beach) Free Wi-Fi is available.   The modern and spacious 3-room apartment is located in the 2nd OG / attic and offers enough space for 4 people. The existing sofa bed allows an extra bed for one more person.    On the very spacious and sunny south-west roof terrace with comfortable furniture, you can enjoy the midday sun until sunset and enjoy balmy summer evenings. At the same time, the second roof terrace offers a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea.       The bright living room facing south-west has a comfortable couch and TV area with a 55-inch TV, DVD player and a music system with CD player and radio. The high-quality fitted kitchen has a 4-field ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and extensive accessories. In the adjoining dining room, with direct access to the balcony, you have the opportunity to look directly at the Baltic Sea with enjoyable meals or cozy games evenings.   Start your day in the modern daylight bathroom with a view of the morning sun. The spacious bathroom has a floor-level shower, toilet, electric towel radiator, a spacious vanity and hairdryer and make-up mirror. The two bedrooms are each equipped with 2 high-quality box spring beds as double beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and comfortable cupboard elements. Additionally, one bedroom has a 43 inch TV and a wardrobe safe.   Even on colder days, the individually adjustable underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth in the entire apartment. A modern ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate at all times.     The exclusive apartment "beach breeze" is located in the prestigious apartment villa "Dünenrose" with 7 units and is located about 200m from the beach and about 400m from restaurants, a café and a bakery. The quiet holiday village Börgerende is perfect for bathing fun as well as for long walks on the beach and in the nature reserve "Conventer See". Diverse bike paths such as the Baltic Sea Cycle Route also invite you to long bike rides in the area.  The famous seaside resort Heiligendamm is just 3km away. Also Warnemünde and Kühlungsborn are each about 10km away in the immediate vicinity and provide more variety.   There is a flat own parking space in front of the house. The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. For a fee travel cot, high chair and linen sets can be booked.   Secure your claim to one of the sought-after beach chairs and book now on special terms (EUR 7, - per day, EUR 40, - per week). Light construction in the surrounding area may cause adverse effects. This has already been taken into account when pricing the rental conditions.

Ideal für Kurzurlaub oder für länger

Wirklich schöne, geräumige Wohnung, geschmackvoll und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Großes Bad. Gute Schallisolierung zu den anderen Wohnungen im Haus. Vom Essbereich Blick auf die Ostsee. Wir kommen wieder!
