Villa Mia Private Pool

With spectacular panoramic views over the bay, Villa Mia is a delightful 3 bedroom villa. Spend your days relaxing by your own private pool or cook up a delicious feast on the BBQ to enjoy overlooking the fabulous scenery. The village of Gundogan is less than 10 minutes drive away, with its’ beautiful harbour and beach area filled with local lokantas, restaurants and seaside cafes. There is WiFi and air conditioning/heating.

The private swimming pool is set into, tiled terrace dotted with sunbeds – ideal for topping up your tan. The pool’s elevated position allows for great views over the sea. Set under the pergola you’ll find a stylish dining table with chairs, perfect for alfresco dining.

Villa Mia has 3 bedrooms in total. On the ground floor you’ll find a double bedroom attached to the living room (and seperated by a partition of wardrobes). Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, which shared use of a separate bathroom. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs with a bath and shower, and one downstairs with a shower
The living space is bright and airy with mediteranean furnishings. There are 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table and TV. 2 sets of doors open out to the terrace at the front of the villa. The seperate kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. From here a door opens to the front of the villa and out to the pool area.

Villa Mia is located on a gated compound with security. There is onstreet parking directly outside the villa for 1 car.

In addition to the private pool, the complex has a shared infinity pool to enjoy the sun and stunning views with your friends and family. There is also a small childrens pool and play area. Free Wi-Fi access is available at the pool. The pool is open from May - Oct, is unheated and there is no lifeguard on duty.

For those who prefer to swim / snorkel in the sea there is a private beach jetty area just 600 metres from the complex which will be available to you as a guest in Villa Mia. Access is by way of steps down from the road opposite the entrance to the complex. It is also possible to drive to this area as there is parking - approx 3 mins by car. This area has a beautiful jetty, so is a very pleasant way to spend a day at the beach if you fancy a swim in the sea. If you fancy a change of scenery Gündogan Beach is less than 10 minutes drive (accessible by bus also) where there is plenty of sunbathing space on the beach and on the many jetties beside restaurants and hotels which are mainly free of charge. A wide variety of water sports / sailing / boat trips are available in Gundogan both in the sailing club and the information stand on the harbour front.
