Tropical Paradise elegantly redecorated in February 2017, located in East Boca Raton by Camino Real just a short drive to the beach & Mizner Park, with easy to Palmetto Park Road, Federal Highway/US1 and I-95.

February 2017 updates:

* New Mattresses
* New dining table
* NEW Flat Screen TV mounted in the living room
* New larger TV for master bedroom
* New leather swivel chairs
* New bistro table for entryway


This spacious light and bright beauty sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably in its 3 bedrooms . Master with a king size bed and each of the other two bedrooms with a queen size bed. Owner MAY accommodate a foldable bed in the living room, depending on the reservation/request and RATE quoted.

One of the 2 full bathrooms offers a Jacuzzi tub/shower and the master has a walk-in shower.

Beautifully landscaped fenced back-yard offers lots of privacy for the screened-in heated pool. Covered Patio overlooking the pool has a large table with 6 chairs, plus lounge chairs.

This lovely property with spacious brick driveway was recently upgraded, and fully equipped for your vacation needs.

1 kING SIZE BED IN THE MASTER BEDROOM
1 Queen bed in each of the 2 other bedrooms

*Two full Bathrooms:

Master bathroom has a walk-in shower
Guest bathroom has a shower/Jacuzzi tub

Living area offers a Dining table with 6 chairs
plus an additional 4 chairs table.

Patio has a large table with 6 chairs

Linens for all 3 beds and towels are provided.

* Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans.

* Parking:

* Spacious driveway for 2 cars.
( owner has his car in the garage).

Boca Raton has beautiful sunny weather mostly all year which attracts visitors from all over the world specially during the US winter season. Boca is a small town with approximately 84,000 residents located in Palm Beach County, in South Florida, between the Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach area.

Boca Raton is known for its high income demographic and affluent social community. Boca Raton offers many recreational areas, with 2 miles of guarded beaches, picnic , barbecue, restrooms and shower areas along its eastern shore, notably Red Reef Park & South Inlet Park, where snorkeling from the shore can bring a visitor to a living reef without the expense of renting a boat. Also in the 20-acre (81,000 m2) park is Gumbo Limbo, an Environmental Education Center. No fees are charged to enter the park. Boca offers many city parks, 3 municipal golf courses, 3 tennis centers and entertaining attractions, like Miniature Golf, bowling, karts and laser tag at Boomers Park, all within miles to the property.

Mizner Park, Boca Town Center Mall, Public tennis courts and Public Golf courses and all of the renowned restaurants off of Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach are a short drive way.

We had another amazing stay at this peaceful pool home. It is exactly as described, clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and all the special touches. Great Place, Great Neighborhood!

The property manager really took Great Care of us! Thanks Karina! It was a wonderful place to spend a week in Boca. The house was easy to live in, excellent kitchen, safe neighborhood, one of the best neighborhoods in Boca and close to our family.

Exactly like the pics. It was in a great location, proximity to restaurants, beaches, activities were all 15-20 minutes away. Communication with owners agent was very responsive. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location, pristine home

This is the absolute best home for your Florida vacation. The house was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Located close to shops and restaurants, as well as a short drive to other destinations like Fort Lauderdale, Miami, etc. Very close to the beach as well. The pool is a perfect temperature at all times of the day. Neighbourhood is very safe and neighbours are very friendly - our first morning there, one neighbour stopped by to inform us about the garbage pickup. Karina was super accommodating and communicative from beginning to end. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation in the Boca Raton area. We will definitely be coming back!

June Vacation

First trip to Boca Raton area and just wonderful. House was amazing with interior updated beautiful and was very comfortable and secure. Screened in pool and lanai was perfect with water temperature always inviting. Plenty of closet space and kitchen was perfect with great layout and appliances. House was in a good location for restaurants and activities.

Great home for a relaxed stay!

We enjoyed a nice home in a quiet, but convenient, area for winter break with our infant daughter. The pool is good size and the cage is useful for keeping out mosquitos. The house is well designed for a family. We had a small cleanliness issue with an appliance that was solved by the owner and property manager same day, which we appreciated. Recommend staying at the property for a nice time in Boca and the surrounding area!

Excellent location close to all amenities in Downton Boca

The house was well maintained. Had everything we needed. Plenty of amenities to use. We enjoyed our stay in Boca and we will come back to this place. Karina, the host, was helpful in answering our questions in a timely manner. The location is great, close to downtown Boca. Quiet and safe area.

Had a great experience. Manager was always available with prompt responses. Would definitely rent another property from this group. House was very clean and had everything needed for a great vacation. Only draw back was how much of a refundable deposit we had to put up. Seemed a little steep, but it's understandable.

Near many beaches

We really enjoyed the property. It is in pristine conditions and well equipped. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Location is very good. Eight to ten minutes from at least 3 beaches and 15 minute drive to West Boca.

Amazing Trip

The house is amazing! The property was very clean and had fully stocked kitchen. Location is convenient to everything. My family enjoyed the pool greatly! We plan on coming back and staying again next year!
