New to Blue Sky Cabin Rentals as of March 2021, we introduce you to Thistle & Trout. This is an elegant, 4 bedroom 3.5 bath cabin with finishing touches that are straight out of a magazine! The stunning European decor will leave you speechless; you will truly feel the hard work the owners have put into making you feel at home.



Enjoy relaxing riverfront views and fresh mountain air on the irresistible screened-in porches of Thistle & Trout. This home truly has a place for every member of the family. Picture yourself relaxing by the outdoor fireplace watching the football game on a 60' flat-screen TV or better yet fishing down by the Mountain Town Creek! Don't forget to make use of the fully equipped stainless steel kitchen for all your cooking needs. Head upstairs to a cozy loft area, full of classic books such as John Steinbeck's Grapes of Wrath as well as family-favorite board games like Monopoly, Clue, Sorry & Candyland!



Down-stairs on the terrace level, you will find a game room including a pool table, TV & a mini-fridge! This is also where the hot tub is located so don't forget to soak your cares away while listening to the calming sounds of the river! We can't wait to hear about the memories made at Thistle & Trout.

DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include $265 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, Coosawattee gate pass fee (this is not a physical pass it is for use of the gates at the resort), and a 15% lodging tax
