Amazing house, lots of fun things to do, and beautiful scenery. It’s secluded and quiet. Loved the fireplaces and fire pit. We used them all! Nicki was so helpful and responded to our questions quickly. Could not have been a better location for our college reunion. We will be back!

Absolutely Beautiful View

Nikki was amazing! She was always in touch and the cabin was super clean. The view alone was worth the stay. The sunrise and sunset were a definite must see. My family and I enjoyed our stay. My teenagers definitely enjoyed all the activities and didn’t want to leave the cabin.

On arrival, I noticed everything was clean and the view was breathtaking. This place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend staying here! The sunrise at the cabin is so magnificent! The bed and furniture were very comfortable too! I look forward to visiting again!

Amazing Cabin

This cabin is amazing! Great location, beautiful views and a cozy vibe! We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday with her friends and we couldn’t have asked for a better layout. The owners are very sweet and respond quickly if you need anything! We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be renting it again in the near future!

The property is beautiful! The cabin is exceptionally well equipped. The outdoor porches and screened in porch were incredible. The cabin was spacious and had a "home" feel to it. The owners were super to deal with!

UnBEARlievably GREAT

We had 5 adult and 3 kids in our crew and the cabin had plenty of space for all of us. Our host was VERY responsive to taking care of all of our needs and had excellent communication throughout our booking/stay. The Views here are phenomenal! The Christmas decorations were great, we enjoyed the hot tub, and making s'mores by the fire- this place has it all!

Perfection

After staying at over 30 cabins in North Georgia and North Carolina, I can say hands down this is the best place we have stayed. The attention to detail is remarkable, the communication before and throughout the stay was friendly and concise. We found everything we needed and the view is hard to describe. Lived up to our expectations!

For spring break, our family spent 3 nights in this lovely Blue Ridge cabin. Check-in was a breeze and we communications were timely and responsive during our stay. Nicki was a gracious host who made sure we had everything we needed.The cabin provides wonderful views overlooking the Blue Ridge area and we had plenty of privacy. The cabin was clean and very well kept. All the amenities were first rate and the kids enjoyed the games and gaming tables provided.Access to the cabin was easy and it is located just close enough to Blue Ridge for a very quick drive over to the scenic railway station. We really enjoyed our stay and can't say enough about how much the cabin enriched our trip. Thank you Nicki!

Beautiful & relaxing

Pics do not do this cabin and view justice. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Close to a lot of hiking trails with and without waterfalls. Many things to do in Blue Ridge including shopping and restaurants. Communication with Nicki was easy. She is very personable, nice and friendly and wanted everything to be perfect for our stay. The cabin is so well stocked with essentials we didn’t need to worry about bringing our own or having to buy them once we got there. Out of all the places we have stayed this was one of the best!

This property is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! It truly cannot be described as it really is-SEEING IS BELIEVING!! As my British family said. "Spot On"

This home is our first choice when staying in the Blue Ridge mountains. This was our second visit in 3 months due to our great stay the first time. This stay, as our first visit the home was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The location and views are to die for. We didn't need to leave the property at all due to it having everything we could possibly need, such as a great game room, fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The home is bigger than it looks on any photo by comfortably giving all my family members their own space. I'm looking forward to staying again soon. Three Bears Overlook for the win!

We LOVED Three Bears Overlook cabin--it was so cozy and had the most fabulous views! I woke up every morning to enjoy the peaceful sunrise. The cabin is beautifully decorated, has plenty of seating, the bedrooms were so cute, and the sheets were so soft to sink into after a day of hiking, shopping, or apple picking! The cool thing about the cabin is that everything is labeled which makes finding things so easy. Nikki, the owner, was super helpful and communicated throughout the trip to make sure we were having the best time! We saw deer everyday and although the cabin is in a gated community, I promise it feels very remote! We made the most precious memories this weekend and hated to leave! Thanks for being the ultimate host!

Something for Everyone!

Nestled in the trees on the side of the mountain, Three Bears Overlook is a world of its own. Every morning, it was truly special to claim a chair on the uppet deck, coffee in hand, waiting for the first gleam of morning sun to peek up over the mountain top and start our day with such an incredible 180 degree panarama... With four bedrooms there was plenty of room for quiet and chill time, but we didn't use much because each common space provided a different vibe and experience. Gathering and recreation areas were quite spacious with giant tvs, pool table, and games. Everything you need is there, but a visit to the quaint town of Blue Ridge, about 20 minutes away filled our shopping urge and we enjoyed several great restaurants. In the evening, the hot tub was waiting around the corner on the lower deck to toast the end of a beautiful mountain day...we can't wait to go back!

As close to perfect as you will get!

Good access for a cabin with such a sensational panoramic view. Great approach on private driveway with ample turn around room. Surrounded by woods, this is where privacy meets exceptional living. Nothing is overlooked and looks like new... from the bedrooms to kitchen/ living room and game room. Affords multiple parties to seek their own space indoor or outside on the multiple decks. Even if you forgot something, 3 Bears has you covered, from coffee to Q tips. Two electric fireplaces inside and a perfect flat perch with an XL Solo stove, makes for convenient ambiance. Area is in the gateway to the Cohutta Mountains and Wilderness only a short 5-7 minute drive. Some great mountain biking for you hard core individuals.I'm an avid cabin lover, and of probably 30 that I have stayed in around Blue Ridge, 3 Bears gets a podium spot.

Stunning view and cozy cabin

I recently stayed at the Three Bear Overlook cabin with my husband and our parents, and it was absolutely wonderful! The cabin offered all the amenities we could ask for, including a hot tub and fireplace. The highlight, however, was the excellent view from the patio, where we enjoyed our meals, taking in the beautiful weather and views. Tucked away from the noise, this cabin is perfect for a peaceful retreat. We really loved to sitting outside and listen cicadas singing. Nicki, our host, was absolutely the best! She was incredibly helpful, always fast to respond, and very friendly. We also visited an apple orchard nearby, which was just 15 minutes away and a really cool experience. If you go, you should definitely try the peach cider—it’s now our favorite party drink😁 Plus, the city of Blue Ridge itself was very nice and calm, adding to our overall enjoyment of the trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with plenty of comfort!

Unbelievable accomodations!

First of all, this is an unbiased review; I have zero connection to the family that owns this home prior to staying here. With that being said, I am blown away by this home! I'm a middle-aged person with plenty of experience with vacation/ holiday homes, and this is the most amazing home I have ever short-term rented. This home is exquisite! There are no words to describe how beautiful and functional this home is; the pictures on-line will blow you away, but it's even more impressive in person. There is no detail left unnoticed in this home! I can't describe how incredibly beautiful this home is along with jaw-dropping views, and impeccable decorative touches that induce feelings of joy and peace. I'm having a hard time expressing how phenomenal this home is from the location, amenities, cleanliness, aesthetics and functionality. The owners are extremely communicative in addition to providing an app that provides specific details and instructions that are beyond helpful. Staying in this home will be one of the best decisions you've ever made!!

Don’t Miss This One!

Picture yourself with your morning coffee, tea, mimosa? perched on the side of a mountain, enjoying a sunrise with the most extraordinary Mountain View you can imagine! Three Bears Overlook has 2 wraparound decks with comfortable seating and porch swings on lower deck-both with unobstructed breathtaking views. They even provide tartan blankets for those cooler mornings/evenings! If you can tear yourself away from the view, you will love the interior of this cabin! Super clean, all new and comfy furniture, very tastefully decorated. The bedrooms are roomy, comfortable mattresses with lovely bedding, plenty of blankets and throws if needed. Two of the bathrooms have large showers, 3rd bathroom has tub if you have children. Lower level has large game/tv room (huge tv), cabinet with games, toys and puzzles. With the pool table, bowling/shuffleboard, hot tub right outside the door and windows all across the room (that view) I honestly don’t know what more you could need! I loved the screened in porch with tv and fireplace, what a cozy secluded spot with that view and trees around the side. Nicki is quick to answer any questions and very helpful, even has provided little extras of things you might forget-very helpful to me, forgot my razor. I honestly cannot think of one negative thing to say about this property, except that I had to leave!! Book it, you won’t be sorry!

Breathtaking View!

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Three Bears Overlook! The cabin was wonderful and accommodated our group of five perfectly! It was very clean and comfortable and had so much for all of us to do! We would definitely visit again!
