There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and spread out. We liked having the nice movie room, game room with pool table and arcade, a great fire pit, awesome wood burning fireplace for the cold nights we had, and scenic views from the 3 decks. The beds were all pretty comfortable.We did find some areas that needed improvement or just good to knows that we found while we were there: 1. Just about all of the dishes were dirty upon arrival with food or grease still on dishes, pans, pots, cups and silverware. So, we had to run a load in the dishwasher shortly after arrival and wash all the dishes we used for meal prep before we could use them. 2. There were no kitchen cleaning supplies to wipe down areas or even sweep up (no broom or dustpan).3. The hot tub is outdated with disintegrating head cushions. It was also not filled to the jets. So, this was another thing we had to fill upon arrival. 4. The refrigerator is its own issue requiring frequent attempts to keep it closed. So, we always had to press extra firmly on the refrigerator doors to make sure it closed-quite a hassle after the first 5 times having to do it. Also, there’s no water line run to the refrigerator. So, no automatic ice machine or filtered water.5. The house is on well water which is understandable but it appears to be an older system with a low end filter on it. The water is often rusty brown coming through shower and smells of iron. So, without filtered water it tastes bad when drinking.
