Security Deposit: A fully refundable $300 is required. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card, run as a 'hold' not a charge.
Rental Agreement: Guest required to electronically sign renter agreement which will be sent upon your booking.

-We provide a starter set of supplies for each guests stay (1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, all hand soaps, dish soap, 2-3 dishwasher pods, 2-3 laundry soap pods, trash bags), shampoo and conditioner. All linens are provided with your stay, we even have spa towels for your use!

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled between 0-13 days from your stay will receive 0% refund.
