Tucked between The Entrance and Toowoon Bay, Blue Bay is one of the Central Coast’s best-kept secrets. Set on a peninsula between Tuggerah Lake and the Pacific Ocean, this peaceful seaside town is named after the calm blue waters that grace its 250-metre shoreline.



Blue Bay is perfect for swimming, surfing, bodyboarding, paddleboarding, and fishing, with gentle surf and stunning coastal scenery. It’s just a two-minute walk along the sand to the patrolled Toowoon Bay Beach and picnic area, and a short stroll to local cafes and the Toowoon Bay Surf Life Saving Club.



You’re also within easy reach of ocean baths, coastal walks, weekend markets, and some of the Central Coast’s best restaurants. If you're looking for more, Terrigal’s vibrant dining and boutique shopping scene is only a short drive away.

Getting Around:

With the apartment right on the beachfront and cafes and restaurants within walking distance, you might find you don’t need to go far at all.



But if you do feel like exploring, it’s easy to get around by car. It’s a quick drive to nearby beaches, shops, and some of the Central Coast’s best dining spots. Bus stops are just a short walk away too, and taxis and Ubers are easy to book when needed.



Other Things to Note:

Home Delivery:

If you're ordering food or groceries, please make sure to give your unit number when placing your order. When your delivery arrives, ask the driver to park in front of the double gates and walk through the single pedestrian gate to drop off your items.



TV:

- Turn the TV on and off using the black Hisense remote.

- Use the Foxtel remote to turn the Foxtel box on and off.

- Use the channel (+/-) buttons to find your channel, and the volume (+/-) buttons to adjust the sound.



Air Conditioning:

There’s a split system air conditioner in the living room to keep you comfortable year-round.

- Switch it on or off using the white remote.

- Choose the snowflake symbol for cooling or the sunshine symbol for heating.

- Use the fan speed and temperature arrows to set it just how you like it.



Placemats and Coasters:

To keep the timber surfaces looking their best, please use the placemats and coasters provided. Hot dishes, bowls, candles and similar items should never be placed directly on the timber, as they may cause damage.
