This newly renovated studio with covered porch and garden views is filled with wood, stone and other natural materials to help you relax and feel at home, with hi-tech conveniences like a Keurig, Bluetooth speaker, ring light and a Smart Roku TV. East-facing windows make this space bright and sunny.

This is a fully enclosed apartment in a historic home in the McDoel Gardens neighborhood, 5-min to the B-Line, Hopscotch Coffee and Cardinal Spirits. 15 min walk to downtown. 25 min walk to campus.

DIY Breakfast includes fresh eggs, milk, cereal, granola, yogurt, pancake mix, eggo waffles and other similar items.

football game

Very small cute place. It was clean and adequate for what we needed. The owner left handy items and also food which was very nice like popcorn, milk and butter. We had little dogs so the fenced in back yard was great. It was very cold outside but we stayed nice and warm which was great.

If we wouldn’t have rented a smaller car we would not have been able to park our vehicles. The parking area was very small.

Not for the elderly

I called to ask for help from the owner and I was told to just use Google maps. The property was clean inside but needed to be cleaned up outside. There was no place to hang clothes or a dresser for clothes. I had to keep lifting my suitcase from the floor to the bed just to get my clothes. The bathroom has a VERY high step up with no railing for assistance. I was so dangerous stepping down after a shower trying not to fall to the floor below the step. This property is good if you are young, with a backpack and no luggage but not for anyone over 21.

Perfect Stay Near Campus.

Owners did great job converting this portion of the building into a living space. tastefully decorated and clean. I loved the extra touches like DIY breakfast items and I didn't have time to sample the ice cream in freezer :(... I need to give perspective on the small bathroom, I'd recommend only for those under 5'9". It's very narrow. Very clean overall. I appreciated that they didn't try to gouge guests for graduation weekend..

Perfect for A Couple

My boyfriend and I stayed here while visiting IU for a weekend, and it was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The location is very close to campus. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the yard was perfect for our dog! The bathroom is a very tight space but was fine for two people. Overall, everything about our stay was great!

Great Location

This small but cozy place gets the job done and is in a great location for anyone visiting IU / Bloomington. There were a couple hiccups with the checkin process but the manager was very responsive and our issue was resolved quickly.

Great Spot!

On top of being a unique and adorable set-up, there were snacks, extra toiletries, and everything else you could think of! The place was clean and well thought out and the decorations definitely lived up to the name of Boho-Chic! There was a little front patio and a fenced in yard to use as well. The location was quiet and safe and in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The host was a delight to work with and it was clear that they put time and effort into thinking through everything a guest could possible want or need. I would recommend this stay to anyone and would definitely book again!

Great Location!

This is such a cute property! It was exactly as described-boho chic. The fenced in yard was a bonus for our dogs. The owner was very friendly. The kitchen is tiny but has everything you need.

An Ideal Accommodation My Pup and I

Easy access location, nicely furnished and comfortable for my 6 month Old English Sheepdog puppy and myself. I chose this location because she welcomed any size dog and I noticed this nice sized covered porch with easy access to the yard. What rocked is there was a secure, fenced yard. I could actually play a little fetch with my pup and let her burn some energy! I must’ve missed that in the property description. Bonus! The only draw back, is the bathroom is small. Everything was immaculate and clean, premium soaps and toiletries were provided, I’m a small sized gal, it worked fine for me. What you see in the pictures, is what you’ll arrive to. Very clean, cozy, the hints of a very courteous hostess. If or when I return to Bloomington and needing accommodation, I will reach out for availability again. Thank you!
