Inside, you’ll find a bright and open living area with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and large windows with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding park-like setting.



The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials you need to prepare home-cooked meals, with modern appliances, cookware, and a spacious dining area to enjoy meals together. Step outside to the game room, where you'll find a full-size pool table and ping pong for hours of fun. After a few friendly games, fire up the BBQ on the deck and gather around the fire pit to wind down your day under the stars.

HOA REQUIREMENT

Important: Completion of the Check-in Form is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. The information is required to process the property's HOA registration, which must be completed before arrival and is a condition of staying at the property.

If the required information is not submitted by the stated deadline, we may be unable to complete the mandatory HOA registration. As a result, check-in may not be possible, and the reservation may need to be canceled. Any cancellation and applicable refund will be handled in accordance with Airbnb's cancellation policy and the listing's terms.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
