and calming from every angle. You'll have your own private, expansive dock and kayak launch
right in the massive backyard, so you can directly access the water toys and lake all year long.
Fishing poles (no restocking fees), kayaks, canoe, pedal boat and swim tubes all come
included with your stay. You’ll never need to drive or drag heavy kayaks to a community
waterfront.

2. When you stay here, you have a fully-stocked kitchen to bake and cook together, plus an
outdoor grill and outdoor stove burner. With a built-in coffee bar, espresso machine, and Keurig
you can make your own gourmet cappuccinos & lattes. Unlimited coffee, creamer, tea, ground
espresso, etc. are included with your stay. Grab your favorite drink and watch the sunset from
the BEST location on the lake. Some days, you'll get to experience mountain wildlife - friendly
ducks, eagles, and beavers often stop by your private dock to say hello.

3. The spacious, outdoor deck was designed for you to spark up conversations and make new
memories. You can reconfigure the modular wooden furniture around the large deck, for your
personal comfort and specific needs. Large tables are available for outdoor dining and
entertaining - while still having a gorgeous lakeview on the horizon. After the sun sets, pour a
glass of wine and you'll be surrounded by calming ambient lighting that illuminates the entire
deck. Turn on the gas firepit table on the deck to stay warm and cozy on crisp nights. Enjoy the
warmth and beauty of a fire, without the smoke (we restock/refill propane tanks for free!)

4. Everything you need for a spa-like getaway is already here: infrared sauna with built-in
bluetooth speakers, hydrotherapy hot tub that stays warm in cold weather, and comfy king and
queen sized beds. With sounds of nature and a peaceful water view, your stay here will leave
you feeling relaxed and refreshed. If your group wants to explore the area, your modern
lakefront is less than 20 mins away from endless relaxing and fun activities: hot stone
massages, horseback riding, wineries, cooking classes, waterfalls, alpaca farm, hiking, etc.

5. An abundance of stores for picking up everyday essentials are easy and convenient for you
to get to from your lakefront home. You'll be located within a 5 minute drive to a large grocery
store, liquor store, CVS pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts coffee shop, WAWA gas station and an
Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station. If you're working remotely, this home is perfectly
equipped for staying connected - your group will have high speed internet (the fastest in the
area) and there are multiple quiet workspaces inside the property.

6. At night, head inside and cozy up in the sunken living room and oversized sectional couches
while watching a movie with the wood-burning fireplace cracking in the background. Bundles of
free pre-cut firewood plus firestarter tools are provided making starting a fire quick and easy.
The 70" UHD TV and movie-theater surround sound feels like you're at the movie theaters. Pair
your phone to the wireless JBL bluetooth speaker for playing your personal music playlist. This
living room is the conversation pit you always dreamed of!

7. During your stay, you'll be located inside a no-hassle community with easy-access amenities:
a private beach, boat launch, charcoal grills, kids playground and picnic areas. With your
reservation, you'll have access to on-site adult and youth mountain bikes (no extra charge) to
easily explore and get around the community. Best of all, there are no time-wasting guest
registration steps. No pre-arrival documents or need to wait in line just to check-in. Just drive up
to your beautiful rental space and start enjoying your lakefront paradise!

8. Enjoy the “kids” room equip with a playstation and 4 controllers, a large TV, various games and activities, a foosball table, and a game table that can also be converted into another indoor eating space where families can gather to enjoy their time together.
