Millbank Cottage - a lovely holiday home with a large garden

Millbank Cottage is located in Rosemount, a very peaceful place on outskirts of Blairgowrie. This over 120 years old building has recently been transformed into a cosy one bedroom house, with a light and airy kitchen living space. Outside of the house is a two car parking spot and a large garden.

The bedroom can be set with either one king size bed or two single beds. In the living room is a comfy sofa bed for two guests.

The guest will have an access to the front part of the property

Me and my husband work from home, we would be available for the guest ​most of the time.

Lovely!

Very comfortable cottage and beautifully situated on the edge of Blairgowrie.It was cosy and comfortable with everything we needed provided!Top shelves in kitchen difficult to reach for us short people but owner says she will provide a small stool in future.Will definitely stay again.

We have found our Scottish home.

The holiday home is beautifully situated, in the middle of a residential area but still secluded and surrounded by greenery. The flat is lovingly furnished, with everything you need and the rooms also look fresh and new. The description and the pictures correspond exactly to the conditions on site. The hosts were available most of the time and our requests, e.g. for fresh towels, were fulfilled immediately. In short, we felt very comfortable and were sad to have to leave after 2 weeks.

The cottage is lovely with everything you can think of ready for you. Great location and close enough to town to walk. The hosts are there if you need anything but give you privacy. Our expectations were exceeded!!

Gem of a property

The property is beautifully presented, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Clearly, lots of thought has gone into it. The photos are accurate but don't do it justice. It's very calming. Great location for exploring the area and plenty of amenities near by. A little traffic noise but quiet at night. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung und super Lage in viele Richtungen Schottlands

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung und den Eigentümern. Die Ausstattung war noch besser als erwartet und es fehlte absolut nichts. Die Lage fanden wir für uns perfekt, um mit dem Auto in viele verschiedene Richtungen Schottland zu erkunden. Städte, Highlands, Küste…alles nicht weit. Im Ort ist auch alles da und wir haben dort mit den Fahrrädern einige kleinen Touren gemacht. Alles wunderbar

Very well appointed cottage. Cosy and welcoming. In a handy location to the town of Blairgowrie. Very comfortable bed and nice extra touches. Has everything you need - hair dryer - toiletries - fluffy towels - even a blanket to snuggle up on the couch. A true home from home.

Beautiful Cottage, lovely location

The cottage was easy to find with very clear directions from Aneta. The work that has been done to create the holiday cottage is first class. The bedroom is spacious and as well as the large comfy bed has lots of hanging space, shelves and drawers for storage. The conversion work was completed in 2018 so all the fittings are modern and of a high quality. We loved the light airy feel of the cottage which doesn't just feel spacious - it is spacious. The cottage is about one mile from the town centre and we found it to be a pleasant walk. It is an excellent centre for visiting the cities of Perth, Dundee and even Edinburgh as well as the nearby mountains. We'll be back.
