Future Inns Cardiff Bay
"Check in is at 3 pm and they will not allow early check in, even though I emailed the hotel and they said since we flew in over night that the front desk could accommodate that. Waited hours trying to stay awake in lobby. Never again"

Park Lane Aparthotel
"The location was excellent for us as we wanted the museum, almost opposite, and the Conservatoire only some ten minutes walk. The Sleeping Giant - Pen Y Cae Inn
"We had a lovely relaxing stay at a fantastic property in a beautiful part of the world. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was very spacious and beautifully decorated with a small patio outside to chill. Food was great and we will certainly be returning."
