"Place was great, both bed and sleeper were comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. The adult hot tub was great, also checked out the family hot tub and the pool and those were also nice. Quiet location."

"Love this property and location"

"What a unique hotel! Historical building with beautifully updated rooms. Easy self check- in. Nice, simple, but much appreciated touches…complimentary waters, coffee and pastries. Great brewery in the building. Great location too - minutes away from the Verde Valley Railroad, Jerome and lots of restaurants in Cottonwood. Friendly staff to top it all off!"

"Great hotel and fabulous location. You may need to park in the back which may not be convenient to your room. They provide each guest with a five dollar coupon for a restaurant across the street for breakfast. The food is delicious."

"A family trip to Sedona and Grand Canyon. We booked 3 rooms, 6 nights. Very clean room, bathroom and all around the property. I would stay here again. Old town Cottonwood is nearby for good restaurants and shopping."

"very nice and clean, could us some better shower heads but that's not a biggie. overall great stay!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We had the sunset two king room and it was perfect for two couples. The only little disappointing part was the sunset hot tub jets weren't working the greatest, but we still had a great time."

"Our hosts, Michelle and Stef, have truly created something special here. This was undoubtedly the best stay of our trip. The room was immaculately clean, the bed provided the best sleep we had in Arizona. The ranch sits on a beautiful property overlooking the mountains in the distance. Unfortunately we couldn’t see the stars due to the rain but the clouds moving in provides us a spectacular view of a storm. We even got to meet their goats pepper and cinnamon before we settled in. "Great place right in the middle of Jerome! Love the restaurant and bar great food and drinks with a fun loving staff must stay."

"It seems that these units are brand new or have only been open for a short time. But they are great. I had the best time the energy was clean. Everything within the mini home was clean. Absolutely loved it. The blanket and the bed were very soft very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will be back."
