Important to Note: All of our homes are non-smoking properties. This home does not allow pets. There is an exterior camera positioned to face the driveway. During the colder winter months, icy and/or snowy road conditions and delayed snowplow operations are possible within the development. From December through March, we recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles and travel insurance for those staying in the Laurel Ridge development.
