SUMMER SEASON! We are right next to the local trails, lake, and just a hop/ skip away from any adventure you could dream about in CO summer!

Hot Tub - What serene mountain experience would be complete without a Hot tub. Sink in, enjoy the natural beauty around you, and decompress after a long day of adventure.

Sauna- Luxury brand new 4 person sauna to unwind & decompress in! The perfect cozy escape in the mountains.

Outdoor Games - Enjoy the property with games like corn hole, “lawn pong”, and life-size Connect4.

BBQ - There is a BBQ and outdoor dining area you can use to prepare delicious home cooked meals.

Fire Pit - There’s a fire pit you can gather around, share stories, and watch for shooting stars.

Mountains Around the Corner

Who doesn't love a mountain home right next to some of the biggest CO mountains! We are a short 20 minute drive to Eldora Mountain. Keystone and Breckenridge Ski Resorts both slightly over an hour away.

Explore the mountains all day, ending with some mountain hiking is the perfect day here! To then come home back to the cabin to relax the muscles in the jacuzzi and sauna truly making our home the perfect set up!!!

Lake Access

You’re only a few minute walk from thorn lake, one of the only naturally fed spring lakes in the area.

Thorn lake is reserved for the residents and friends of our small mountain community. You being our guest DO GET RESIDENT ACCESS!

Kayaks and paddle boards - spend your afternoon taking in the sights and wildlife as you paddle around crystal waters on one of our kayaks or paddle boards.

Fishing - Gone fishing? Thorn lake is stocked with trout and an assortment other fish and makes the perfect fishing hole for our angling guests.

Room Break Downs

This luxury open concept 2 bed 2 bath cabin sleeps up to 8 people. Our sleeping arrangements are as follows:
1.) Owners Suite (Sleeps 2) - 1 KING size bed
2.) Guest Room (Sleeps 4) - 1 Queen bed down & 1 Queen mattress located in the loft. (Loft accessible by ladder only)
3.) Living Room (Sleeps 2) - 1 Full/Queen mattress located in the loft. (Loft accessible by ladder only) Pull out couch is also an option here!

*** Extra guests MUST BE REQUESTED and CONFIRMED before your stay. A $100 per person fee (applies for the entire stay) (**10 people MAX**). This will be enforced by us, thank you so so much! :)

House Rules
We hope you LOVE our home as much as we do. Please help us by following these simple rules so we can continue to offer this DREAMY property to you and all your family and friends. Our outdoor cameras help us keep our home safe & enforce these rules (Failure to do so WILL result a fine submitted to VRBO)

1.) NO parties!!!
2.) No events or gatherings! (unless discussed and agreed upon prior)
3.) No smoking or vaping *inside* the home!
4.) Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am!
5.) No rearranging furniture! (especially no furniture brought up into the lofts)
6.) No pets! (unless discussed and agreed upon prior)
7.) ALL Trash must be BAGGED & taken to the dump at the transfer station.
8.) No roasting food in the fire pit or fireplace inside (Please use the grill!!)
9.) No food, drinks, or gum in the lofts!
10.) No more than 2 people in the loft!
11.) Please, please, please return all amenities & games to where they came from!
12.) Please clean up after your kiddos if they leave a mess!
13.) * SAUNA & JACUZZI * There is a $250 fine for not following the rules around the amenities- these are *delicate* amenities that are VERY costly as hosts to upkeep!
