"Lovely stay at the Aparthotel: Was very suprised at how affordable our 2 night stay was. Booked twin room, a lot larger than in the photos. Very helpful welcoming staff. Perfect location in the town centre, Bull Ring shopping centre, restaurants, bars across the road. The room was spotless, comfortable bed, lovely hot shower. Small kitchenette with hob, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, all cooking utensils needed to prepare meals, coffee maker, kettle. Parking £5 per day when validated by...

"I don’t think they can claim that a couple of pots of yogurt and a few bits of fruit counts as breakfast. No drinks available at all. The photo of pastries on the listing is highly misleading and should be removed. If they can’t provide breakfast they should sell as a room only option."

"The beds looked made but when my daughter went to go in her s there was a tissue in there like it hadn’t been made up for us from people before …. So we both slept. Together I complained the next day all I got was a £40 refund … but there was no knowing that bed wasn’t slept in !!! I still had to chase the cleaning ladies in the corridors in afternoon to get them to change bedding…"

"Excellent apartment with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso machine (4 pods supplied) , kettle, toaster, plates, bowls, cups, glasses etc. Separate bedroom (ours could be twin or double) 2 seats in the main room that can be converted to beds. The main room had a table with 4 chairs and the kitchenette! The bathroom was small but has everything you needed including a shower that warmed up instantly! My only issues would be that the door/gap into the shower cubicle was rather small, it...

"The hotel is great. I stayed there in 2018 when it was the Bloc Hotel. It's simple, well designed and the standard rooms are... standard (everything you need), while the studios are a little more luxurious. The staff (both my visit in 2018 and 2026) are amazing. Most recently, Tom was awesome. Customer service done right. It's not hard, but hard to find these days."
