Very nice location. Available car park. Only major challenge i had was that it was cold in the motioning. Seems the central heating was in low. Apart from that, was a really good stay and I hope to visit again

Lovely room, good sized and in good decoration - far enough away from the city, a short uber or drive away - would recommend and will use again

It was an okay apartment, you pay for what you get I guess. It’s really good for if you’re in town for something so you just need a place to sleep. The Chinese shop next door, just be mindful it’s cash only. So when I got home late tired and hungry, driving to find cash machine wasn’t as important as sleep😅. They did however answer the phone quite late, when I needed them. So it was nice to know someone was always available for help.

Nice apartment though, would have loved to see the kitchen opened and maintained for guest. Parking was good. All in all, it's a good relaxation spot.

Overall the room is clean and tidy. The shower is slightly moldy and some other resident of the guesthouse may sometime block the entrance of the inner car park. It would be great if the guesthouse could put more clear sign to ask people park at the inner car park instead of the outer one.

I booked a one night stay at the Dakota as a stop on a way back home in Scotland from France. This was a good accommodation with everything that travelers could require for an one night stay. Room presented to be clean, beds comfortable, towels ready to be used and shower clean too. The only issue I had experienced was with the doors, which presented to be not sound proof, and people leaving other apartments late at night could be heard in the room me and my family occupied.

Room was lovely & perfect for me as travelling for work. Could’ve perhaps used a dust in places & there were tea splashes on the wall near the kettle but overall was clean. Will be staying here again as ideal location for my office.

Great property with secure parking and spacious apartment at a great price. Easy to find and access. Comfy bed. Small but clean bathroom. Good wifi. Very quiet in a small village just outside Coventry, near the airport. Passage through to rear car park is quite tight so make sure that you go slowly.

Arrived by car and there was plenty of parking available. The property was clean, and the hosts were quick to reply to any messages. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the room was decent and comfortable. The property doesn't have a proper or shared kitchen, but the hosts were very accommodating and happy to arrange microwave access through the caretaker whenever needed. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Clean comfortable single room with well appointed bathroom and toilet en suite. Shower worked well. Tea and coffee provided mug,kettle and glass for drinking.Towels and toiletries very good. Ample parking well laid out with allocated room number on the car park space. Cosy bed. Safe area and Chinese next door convenient for takeaway. Reasonable prices. Room needs a fan though, would advise anyone staying in summer to bring one as it's not great to leave windows open in Covemtry! Bins outside need emptying and detract from outside sitting space. All in all would definitely recommend. Quiet house secure and safe. Hassle free stay.
