This is a beautiful brand new, luxury, one bedroom spacious apartment in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. Fully furnished and comprising of a king size bedroom, open plan kitchen and living area. The apartment has outside space terrace surrounded by landscaped courtyard garden.

Comes fully equipped with the latest Smeg appliances one would expect for a luxury apartment, as well as with the latest LG OLED smart TV.

Ideally situated in a high-end location, you are near all popular spots, yet being in a safe and sophisticated area. This newly built luxury apartment boasts impressive style and has high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, and everyday amenities.

A modern bathroom consisting of a shower/bath tub, whilst the living room has a large desk for work and meals. The bedroom is spacious with a king bed for a blissful sleep.

We do not allow guests to create nuisance that disturbs the surrounding neighbours. We are aware most guests are respectful, however we wish to make it plainly clear that all parties and group events are strictly NOT allowed, regardless of size.

Unfortunately, we have a strict no pet policy on the development.
Other things to note
Parking is not currently available however Hurst Street has 3 car parks where you can park for a fee.

After a reservation is made confirmation message with the further check-in instructions will be sent.

All properties are equipped with external CCTV that monitor who enters and leaves the property.

We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. We thoroughly clean and disinfect the apartment between every stay.
