**NOTICE TO LOCAL GUESTS** No events and parties are allowed in the property. Un-authorised guests are not permitted. Only guests on the original booking are allowed to enter the property for insurance purposes.
The guest has access to every part of the property except the shed at the back and the storage underneath the stair.
There is a smart lock on the door. The instructions will be sent to you before your arrival. We are available 24/7 to provide customer service.
The property is surrounded by restaurants (Jubilee House-Indian restaurant) and (Lane Head Balti) that are about 10 minutes walk. There is Homestead Pub at Stroud Avenue which is 6 minutes away. The bus stop and train station are within the vicinity of the property. There is a concentration of groceries shop at Stroud Avenue (Nisa Express, The Market Store, Stroud Express and Homestead Pub). There is a cash machine next to Nisa Express. The top attractions in the area include the followings: Willenhall Memorial Park, National Trust - Moseley Old Hall, National Trust - Wightwick Manor and Gardens, Walsall Arboretum, Walsall Leather Museum, Saltwells Local Nature Reserve, Black Country Living Museum and, The New Art Gallery Walsall.
From the front of the house, turn right unto the foot path and walk to the Ensbury Close via either Basset Close or Stroud Avenue. Bus no 37 can be found at this stop. To get to the train station, walk to The Homestead stop on Stroud Avenue for about 5 minutes, enter bus no 41 to The Wharf stop for 18 minutes and alight the bus at this stop. Walk from Wharf stop to Walsall train station for 5 minutes. To get to the city centre, walk from the property to The Homestead stop on Stroud Avenue, enter bus no 41 to Walsall city centre.
There is a street parking either at Basset Close or Pennine Way. There is no restriction on the street parking and it`s free. House Rules We kindly ask our guests to read the house rules carefully upon arrival at 2ndHomeStays House and to abide by them during their stay in the property. I GENERAL PROVISIONS These house rules establish mutual relations, rights, and duties of service providers (hereinafter referred to as the host) and service users (hereinafter referred to as guests). Check-in times – from 4 p.m. Check-out times – up to 10 a.m.

The utilization of the outdoor BBQ grill in an unhindered manner; the charcoal should be provided by the grill user, and after using the grill, it is to be cleaned out of consideration towards other users. The guest is not allowed to: 1. Bring in combustible or explosive materials or items of strong and unpleasant odour. 2. Smoke or vape in the property. 3. Bring in animals or pets. 4. Bring or introduce persons not registered as house guests in order to stay. and use the accommodation or the property facilities. 5. Organise or hold any events or parties at the property. 6. Leave electrical and gas appliances (TV, hob, oven, etc.) unattended at any time during the stay in the property. 7. Take out all items, dishes, inventory, and any equipment outside the property for use at a different location. 8. Disturb the peace of the neighbours in a period from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and make excessive noise by using the radio, TV, or other appliances, as well as musical instruments. 9. Exceed the maximum number of guests that can stay at the property. This will help ensure the safety of guests and prevent overcrowding. 10. Use the internet facilities provided to commit a crime in the property, and there is a fair usage policy in place. The guest is obliged to: 1. Abide by house rules and use the facilities, inventory, and equipment with utmost care. 2. In case of disappearance or damage to the installations, furniture, appliances, or equipment, please notify the host of the property. If the disappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is required to reimburse the appropriate value of the items. 3. Take care of one’s own belongings and valuables left in the apartments/rooms, and the host takes no responsibility for the subsequent loss thereof. 4. Check out prior to departure. 5. Leave the property by 10 am on the day of departure. 6. Dispose the trash/rubbish from the property into the bins provided. 7. Fold all dirty laundry into the bathroom of the property on the day of departure. III RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE HOST The host is entitled to: 1. Cancel the use of services to the guest whose behaviour is disturbing the peace of the neighbours. 2. In the absence of the guest, in particular circumstances, the host may enter the property to prevent possible damage or danger. The host is obliged to inform the guest during the next contact about his/her entry into the apartment. The host is obliged to: 1. Ensure peace and provide guest with all the necessary assistance with their accommodation. 2. Deliver/keep or send all forgotten or found items to the guest.
