We need your car registration number to register on the building portal before you enter the car park, this is important as the car parks are ANPR-controlled.

Failure to send the registration plate could result in a parking ticket fine if the car is driven in the building without this registration. We can only register one car and any further guests can park outside in Pay and Display.

-Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.
-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.
Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.
Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.
