Pub great - a true car and bike themed venue with plenty of interesting memorabilia on display, magazines/books to read, games to play if you wish. Plenty of parking. Sunrise views. "Lovely hotel, beautiful old main house with wood fires, panelled rooms, lots of lounges and spots to relax. Friendly reception and clean modern rooms in the mews. Plus two cats! Only thing to mention is that the signs for the outbuildings were a bit difficult to see when we arrived (in the dark & heavy rain), maybe they could be illuminated too? Otherwise a nice place to stay, we would like to go back and explore more of the history, grounds, bunker and restaurant."

"My daughter and I stayed for two nights, while visiting my son. The hotel from the staff to amenities to location were spot on. The positives:The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were lovely, friendly but not pushy. The amenities: pool was gorgeous, not too warm but not cold either, I’d recommend going early so you can fantasise that’s it’s your own.
