"Regardless of money (which this is way cheaper), this beats out all of the other Fairfield Marriott's in the US. The artwork, decor, amenities, food, were all terrific. For the money, and location in VSIP 1, this is hard to beat. I normally stay in Saigon, but was sick of the long drives to where I work so this saves a lot of time commuting. It isn't however the best for nightlife or any other activities besides an Aeon mall close by or Song Be golf club. But, amazing, cheap food can be found...

"Not a western 5 star but OK for the area. Best part is the breakfast buffet. Really good & friendly. Room - bed & shower good. There is a funky odor that rises from the carpet, so get a 2nd key card & run a/c even when you’re out. Pool looks nice, gym is minimal but didn’t try either & neither did anyone else that I saw, maybe because (and here’s the bad bit) there were always maintenance workers loudly talking and hanging around. Even when a guest (me) arrived they would just stay and stare. At...

"This is a beautiful hotel overlooking the river and just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. As soon as we arrived this hotel felt special - you can completely relax whilst you are there and it is a nice contrast to staying in District 1. I would imagine that some people might not like being so far away from the centre of things, and traffic can be a pain, but we felt it was more than worth it! The property is gorgeous - I cannot fault it and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. We...

Staff are courteous and attentive, especially Oanh (I hope I spelled her name right ). She made sure all was taken cared of."
