Welcome to your completely renovated home away from home! We are in the heart of downtown within two blocks of over 26 restaurants and bars. We are in a very safe area of downtown being next to the Federal Courthouse but also within a block of the Police Station, Sheriffs department, and the county courthouse. We are also within walking distance of art galleries, museums and many other activities.

Convenient to Hospital:

We were in town to have my husband's pacemaker replaced. He had appointments over 2 days. This little hacienda was close to hospital which was so nice. Much better than staying in any hotel. Beds were nicely made and comfortable. Bedrooms were larger than expected. Everything was neat and clean. We would sure stay again. Neighborhood looked a little sketchy but was fine. No issues except the garbage truck comes on Tues and Fri at 5:55 AM. We didn't cook in the unit but could have. Basics were there.

Location, location, location

The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean and well organized. It was nice to have the comfortable recliner for my mother to rest in between her multiple medical procedures. The proximity to the hospital was also awesome. The price was also a plus. Thanks for a great stay.

Awesome Hosts!!!

I had a personal situation arise and unfortunately wasn’t able to stay…I’d asked if there was a possibility to rebook (as I was well within the cancellation policy). The hosts were VERY gracious and offered a refund…I will DEFINITELY be looking forward to re-booking! Thanks guys!!!

Very Comfortable

Loved this apartment. On the end so felt private and very pet accommodating . We were in town to visit family and choose this rental because of pet friendly and location and passed our expectations. Our extended family spends a lot of time in Billings and they all took a screen shot of the listing they were all impressed! Loved all the breakfast and beer locations we were able to walk to from rental. This will be our first place to go when we go back to Billings.

Nice Place

It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the downtown location. It was close to all the exciting things going on. We felt very safe there. Everything provided was very thoughtful. We loved it and would book again.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and it was comfortable. We booked it because it was close to the medical facility; and we needed someplace to rest in between appointments. Grocery store is 4-5 blocks from the loft and medical facility we were going to 8-10 blocks away. So very convenient. I would definitely book again. I didn’t do any downtown walking just because of the reason we were in Billings. We had our own vehicle so can’t answer the transportation questions. The area where the loft is; for a country girl it was noisy but if you like the city it really wasn’t all that noisy.

Grandson's 30th BDay Party

We were later than expected arrival. My beighbor who came with me to Billings was called bsck into the Hospitals kav for some blood work before we left which put us leaving at 4:30 instead of 1:00. I was tired and couldn't find where i saved the emails. Inturn we hot a motel for the night. I asked that Thursday night be refunded. I have yet to receive an answer. No one has even addressed the issue. If this matter is not addressed i will not use this service again. Other than that it was fine.

Nice loft!

Surfaces still had crumbs and someone left their opened cough drops. Lots of foot traffic and the alley ways is busy. The loft is nice and modern, overall a decent stay and nice rental.
