Dog friendly 3-bedroom house with hot tub, 12 min from Gettysburg!

Peaceful 3 bedroom house nestled in the corner of a quiet little town just 8 miles north of beautiful Gettysburg! Located on 2.5 acres, you and your guests can enjoy the woods feeling while still being close enough to explore all of the wonderful areas of Adams County. From historic Gettysburg, to Ski Liberty resort, to the endless picture perfect apple orchards of the area, you won't be disappointed with visiting! 3 bedrooms, 5 beds plus a futon, hot tub, grill, and an enclosed dog fence!


This home was built in the 1980's for a single elderly couple. That means that all the essentials are on the first floor, the doorways are all wide, and the master bathroom has a step in, easy access shower. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms with a full bath in the hallway. All bedrooms have TVs and all linens are changed for every guest. The back yard has a big deck with a hot tub, table, grill, and we are currently redoing the fire pit area. There is a very large fenced in area just for dogs connected to the deck so there shouldn't be a need to take them out on a leash! I've grown up in this area my whole life and I have lived here with my family for the past 7 years. Please treat it as if it was yours and have an amazing time! I am open to contact for any questions about the house or any suggestions for the area!

This was my husband and I’s first trip to Gettysburg. We had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing time. This was mostly in part to the McKinney family’s wonderful hospitality with allowing us to rent their beautiful home. It was just what we needed for my husband and I and our furry family. It gave us all the luxuries of home and more! We ate in a few nights and their fully stocked kitchen allowed us to do just that. The neighborhood was awesome! Their home sits at the very end of a quiet little street with extremely friendly neighbors! We didn’t get to interact with anyone but did get many waves! The house was just very homey and welcoming. It had everything supplied that we could possibly need. We already talked about coming back again in the near future and we will definitely be getting back in touch to rent this little gem again! Thank you all so much again! God bless!

Spacious and comfortable!

We stayed at this property for a girls’ weekend and absolutely loved it!! It is a beautiful and spacious home located in a very quiet area. We were able to enjoy some relaxing moments hanging out in the hot tub and making crafts at the huge table in the dining room. The fire pit area is set up very nicely and had we visited in the fall, we would have enjoyed using it. The weather was just too warm for us to build a fire. I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again!

Large, beautiful house. Hosts had everything you might need for your stay including baggies to pack my leftover pizza in. Very child friendly, Quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive for any questions I had. These hosts thought of everything. responsive for at questions I had

Enjoyed our stay at this home. Not to far from any locations. Reaching out about the home was extremely pleasant. After a long day the hot tub was nice. The fenced in area for our dog was great. Will stay again if in the area.
