Excursió del Gran Canyó del Sicòmor

Room was clean and service great. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Airconditioning noisy but worked perfectly. Pool was in good shape. Parking on site. $25.00 per day. There was a $100.00 charge to be held on your account for a week deposit for damages I think. That was not disclosed during booking. The location was safe. We walked to the nearby stores during the evening and the Norms restaurant for breakfast. It was located in close proximity to the reason we were there.

The room was clean. My problem is the hotel seems to be losing the charm it once had since it has been taken over by Hilton. This was my 3rd stay at the property and unfortunately my least favorite. I hope they can restore the charm as well as remodel and update some of the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating and parking was affordable. I wouldn’t stay again though. The bed was right next to the AC and it was very cold to sleep by, but we had to have it blasting because when we arrived all of the windows were open and it was hot. The nearby rooms were very loud with doors slamming all night. New carpet is definitely needed as well- I wouldn’t walk barefoot.
