    What You'll Love
    Thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection, this townhome blends modern mountain style with the warmth of a true home-away-from-home. The open concept living room is a favorite gathering spot, featuring a stunning stone fireplace, soaring ceilings, and large windows, perfect for unwinding after an adventure-filled day. The fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep easy and enjoyable, and if you’d like a full kitchen inventory, we’re happy to provide one upon request (please request at least 48 hours before arrival so we can ensure everything is updated and accurate for your stay). The spacious dining area invites everyone to come together, while multiple living and entertainment spaces throughout the home give groups room to spread out without feeling disconnected. Step outside to take in the peaceful mountain air, enjoy the private hot tub, or relax on the deck with the backdrop of Big Sky’s alpine landscape. With generous bedrooms, cozy furnishings, and thoughtful touches in every room, this retreat is the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and easy mountain living.

    Ski Access and Adventures
    It doesn’t get more convenient than this, true ski-in/ski-out access right from your heated garage. In the morning, step out, click in, and head left (a very short ski or brief walk depending on early-season coverage) to the Bear Back Poma lift. Ride the Poma to the top, then follow the groomed access trail that connects directly to Ramcharger and Swift Current for effortless access to Big Sky’s world-class terrain. At the end of the day, intermediate and expert skiers can take a run such as Silverknife and peel off to the skier-cut path that brings you straight back to your garage. Beginners can simply ski to the Summit Hotel area and follow the easy path back to the home. No shuttles, no hauling gear, just smooth, seamless mountain access for skiers of every ability. Bonus, the heated garage has multiple boot warmers available to dry your gear before another day of adventure tomorrow!

    And the adventure continues long after ski season. Big Sky Resort offers year-round activities from scenic lift rides to guided snowshoe tours in the winter, plus hiking and mountain biking right from your doorstep in summer. Multiple trailheads are within a five-minute walk, and you can bike straight from the garage, just a quick two-minute ride to the lift that whisks you and your bike to the top for world-class downhill trails. Horseback riding is only a 20-minute drive away, and the vibrant Town Center (10 minutes by car) hosts weekly Farmers Markets, Music in the Mountains concerts, and major annual events like PBR and the Wildlands Festival.

    This home is designed to bring everyone together while still giving each guest room to breathe. The expansive second-floor living area is where groups naturally gather, complete with a beautiful stone fireplace, soaring ceilings, and access to a private deck with views. While the outdoor seating (three chairs, a loveseat, and a small table) is weather dependent, the year-round grill makes alfresco meals easy. Inside, the brand-new modern kitchen is fully stocked and ready for group cooking, and the spacious dining table comfortably seats eight, with four additional bar seats at the island so everyone can enjoy mealtime together.

    For those who love to spread out, the main-floor recreation room offers a second full living space with a large sofa, two chairs, two oversized LoveSac bean bags, a flat-screen Smart TV, an air hockey table, and a cabinet filled with games for all ages. This recreation room also opens directly to the private hot tub, perfect for ending your day beneath Montana’s starry skies. As you enter the home through the heated garage, you’ll appreciate the large boot dryer and the mudroom with an in-unit washer and dryer and four spacious cubbies to keep all your gear organized throughout your stay.

    The top-floor loft adds yet another retreat, complete with a cozy sofa that converts to a queen sleeper and additional chairs plus its own TV, ideal for teens, late-night movies, or anyone needing a quiet corner to unwind. With the bunk room thoughtfully separated from the upstairs bedrooms, everyone, from little ones to couples to friends traveling together, can enjoy the perfect balance of connection, comfort, and privacy.

    This thoughtfully designed three-level townhome offers a seamless blend of spacious gathering areas and quiet private retreats, creating the perfect setup for families and groups.

    Lower Level:
    Enter through the heated two-car garage, where a large boot dryer and ample gear storage make mountain mornings effortless. Just inside, the mudroom features an in-unit washer and dryer plus four spacious cubbies to keep everyone organized. This floor is home to the recreation room, complete with a large sofa, two chairs, two oversized LoveSac bean bags, a Smart TV, an air hockey table, and a cabinet filled with games. From here, step directly onto the private patio and into the private hot tub. The lower level also includes a full bathroom and the bunk bedroom, which features two twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeping four comfortably).

    Main Floor:
    Head upstairs to the heart of the home: an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, a cozy stone fireplace, and plenty of seating for the full group. Large windows bring in the surrounding pine views, and the private deck, accessible from this level, offers outdoor seating (weather dependent) along with a year-round grill. The fully stocked, modern kitchen features updated appliances, generous counter space, and bar seating for four. The adjacent dining table seats eight comfortably, making shared meals effortless. Also on this floor is the spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and a luxury en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. A convenient half bathroom rounds out this level.

    Upper Level:
    The top floor features two additional guest bedrooms, a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, each offering comfort and privacy. The queen bedroom includes an en-suite full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, while the king bedroom is just steps from the hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also on this floor is a cozy loft lounge with a sofa that converts into a queen sleeper, two chairs, and a Smart TV, giving the home a third distinct entertainment space.

    This home does not have air conditioning. Like most homes in Big Sky, it stays comfortable in summer thanks to the cool mountain climate. For a true Montana experience, open the windows at night to let in the crisp mountain air, then close them and draw the blinds in the morning to help keep the home naturally cool throughout the day.

    Travel Tip: We highly recommend a vehicle during your stay to make exploring Big Sky simple and convenient. During the winter months, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly advised, as snow and mountain conditions can change quickly.

    --Parking--
    Heated garage parking for one standard-size vehicles, plus one additional space directly in front of the garage. Snow removal service is provided for your convenience throughout the winter season. There are no additional parking spaces in this neighborhood, so please plan accordingly.

    Fresh linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Starter-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Starter supplies also include paper towels (2 rolls), kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, foil, cling wrap, Ziploc bags, coffee filters (coffee not supplied), toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), Kleenex (1 box per bathroom), laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets, and cleaning solution.

    Entertainment and Tech:
    High-speed fiber Wi-Fi, 65” Sony Smart TV with Apple TV, gas fireplace in the living room, and TVs in all bedrooms.

    Kitchen:
    Fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, French door refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, gas range, dishwasher, and microwave.

    Comfort and Extras:
    Gas grill on the private deck, blackout blinds, central heat, keyless entry, vacuum, and hair dryers in each bathroom. Each bedroom also has a space heater and humidifier in each closet for added comfort.

Location was great . But was never sent code to get into house. The oven smoked and fire alarms went off. Also every time we started a fire with wood fire alarms went off. We stopped using oven and stopped having a fire. Otherwise place was fine
