Treetop Cabin is one of 9 executive class luxury vacation homes in Lake Arrowhead and 1 in La Quinta operated by LVH Rentals. 2,500+ Five Star reviews, Premier Partner/ Superhost ratings, and top 1% hosting provider ranking, our goal is that guest experience surpasses all expectations.

Entry Level
The entry level is spacious and bright with spectacular natural views. It hosts a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with European style cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances. The tastefully furnished great and dining rooms showcase a 2-story wall of glass. Two of the three bedrooms and the first of two bathrooms, including the laundry, are located on this level as well as the deck.

Upper Level (2nd Story)
The upper level houses the spacious master suite and second bathroom. Richly appointed, the suite features a king size pillow top bed, exquisite furnishings, sitting area with sectional couch/ twin pullout, entertainment center and private deck.

Bathrooms
The property hosts 2 bathrooms. The entry level, a bath/ shower combo. The upper, a luxurious walk-in shower with bench. Features include ceramic flooring, hardwood cabinetry and framed mirrors. Well stocked with plush towels, spa quality toiletries and (2) hair dryers.

Home Entertainment
Treetop Cabin is home entertainment rich. Featuring Wi-Fi, cable, (4) Hi-Def TV's, (4) Amazon Fire TV Sticks, (1) Xbox One, (1) iPad, (1) Amazon Echo and (1) Bose speaker. Subscription services include Amazon Music and Prime Video.

Outdoor Living Space
Placing an equal emphasis on outdoor living, Treetop Cabin features a spacious, fully appointed deck with treetop view. The deck features ample seating, coffee table, over-sized stainless BBQ, and fire pit.

Small Details
The property has everything expected from a luxury vacation home. The kitchen is complete with high quality cookware, utensils, and gadgets. As well as a large selection of K-cups for the Keurig coffee maker. There is a tasteful selection of mountain themed table settings. The bathrooms are well stocked with plush towels and spa quality toiletries. The laundry stocks quality supplies, iron, and board.

Furry Family Member Friendly
We often travel with ours and appreciate the convenience versus the challenges and high cost of professional pet care. Flat rate rent $100, (2) dog limit. As a comparable, some resorts charge $75 a night, per pet.

There are 3 public lakes serving area residents and tourists. They are Lake Gregory, Green Valley Lake, and Big Bear Lake. All have varying levels of activities and amenities from walking lake parameters, swimming, water slides, watercraft rentals, fishing, food and snacks. There are several state parks and trail systems as well.

Lake Arrowhead
Lake Arrowhead is a private, members only lake, and is not accessible to guests.

Amazing cabin!!!

Beautiful cabin!! The tree and porch are amazing. Large family space for fun!! Lot of noise sectors around the home, lots only thing that kept us from total vacation relax mode. Made us feel like we were be listened too. Other than that a awesome place

Great getaway

The cabin had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy our stay. We really like the extra long dining room table so we could do a puzzle on one end and use the other end for meals. The upstairs loft is very comfortable and allows for a little extra room. We didn’t get to enjoy the porch as it was covered in snow, but I’m sure it’s nice. Jon made communication easy.

Family winter trip

Our family had an amazing winter vacation at this beautiful cabin! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the cabin itself was spotless and well-stocked with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The host’s communication was excellent, making everything smooth and hassle-free.One of the highlights was the sleds provided for the kids—they had a blast playing in the snow! We also loved how conveniently located the cabin was, with shopping just three minutes away. It was the perfect balance of peaceful nature and easy access to necessities.We would love to rent this cabin again next year for our family winter trip. Highly recommend!

Great little family vacay!

We had a great stay here with two young kids. They enjoyed the deck and the open space. Master bedroom was large and allowed all of us to sleep in one space. House was incredibly clean and host was very responsive. Location was great, a few mins drive to the village, SkyPark, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway!

Mid week stay for my wife and our dog. Great views from the living room. Nice kitchen as we cooked all of our meals. Very comfortable bed and overall a great place to stay in Lake Arrowhead. We will definitely be back.

A-frame cabin

We loved our stay in this property. Jon was able to provide all the information we needed. At the property there's little notes on every corner on how to operate stuff which is helpful. We didn't have to contact him for anything. It was a wonderful stay and it snowed on our last day so it was Epic!

Great Family Cabin and great Host

Jon H went above and beyond to help us with a beeping noise coming from the property next door. He was able to track down the owner and address the issue. The tree top cabin was clean and a nice place to relax with family. Very quiet neighborhood.

Amazing Cabin!

What an amazing cabin we had such a wonderful time. Everything was beautiful and clean. Incredibly well stocked soaps, shampoo, coffees, etc. communication with the property manager was incredibly fast and great! Had a wonderful time and will definitely look forward to returning!

Quintessential lake cabin

Great property. Well equipped. The high A-frame ceilings give it a wide, open feel. Views into the tree tops. Walkable to the Village. Location, location, location. We'd definitely stay again. And the primary suite and sitting area created a cozy private area.

Birthday getaway for husband

This was a very lovely property, floor to ceiling windows overlooking beautiful trees. Interior was as described, and very comfortable. The home was very well appointed, with high quality bedding and towels, kitchen supplies and Smart TVs and Amazon Alexa for music. Communication with Property Manager was prompt and the directions to the property and check-in/check-out instructions were straightforward. We enjoyed the deck our first night, but snow came in the next day, so we didn’t spend any more time out there, but it was a comfortable deck and would be really nice in warmer weather. We brought in two chefs over the weekend, and they both commented how nice the kitchen was (we agree). Overall, we enjoyed a very relaxing weekend, and would definitely recommend and return to this property, or consider another property from this property manager. It was obvious they put a lot of care into ensuring guests have a comfortable and positive experience. One note, is that there are stairs from driveway to front door, not atypical for mountain cabins, but good to know about, if stairs are an issue. They were easy to navigate and we did not mind getting in a little extra exercise when we were unloading/loading! Neighborhood was very quiet. We were very excited to get some snow, which made the whole weekend very cozy, relaxing inside by the fire.

Truly a stunning A Frame home at Lake Arrowhead

All of my family just loved the Host Home. Such a scenic and peaceful setting in an A frame with fire place all the home comforts here! Short distance to village. Morning walks, Near to other areas to see for the day. Beds/Rooms all clean and comfortable. Very good Host to communicate with. I couldn't ask for more. Many Thanks !!

Great place to stay in Lake Arrowhead

It was a cozy place with great decor and top of the line furnishings. The owners were very responsive and gave great recommendation for restaurants and things to do. Would definitely rebook in the future!

Nice Getaway

Our two night stay at the cabin was very nice. The cabin was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The fireplace was great. It was nice to sit next the fire. They allowed dogs, so we brought our new puppy with us. She loved the walks in the cold. Overall, we all had a very relaxing time.

Wonderful Mountain cabin

just as advertised-beautiful home

Stayed here for a weekend away with a friend. House is super cute, and very clean. Property Mgr was so great and accommodating. He responded quickly and was happy to accommodate an early check in. My only picky note would be that the seating options in the main room are just ok. The chairs were not very comfy, and there was only one couch. So not a lot of comfy seating. But, I think this ended up a bigger issue for us because unfortunately it rained a bit while we were there and the weather just forced us to be inside more than we wanted to be. Overall I loved this home, and would definitely come back and recommend for others!
