With three bedrooms and three baths, and space for up to 8 guests, you are sure to feel pampered.  The fully stocked kitchen will accommodate any foodie and the game room downstairs is a perfect getaway for the kids.  Each room offers Roku smart TVs for your streaming pleasure.  The spacious yard provides outdoor fun exploring in the snow, stargazing or playing cornhole!  We have given thought to every detail to provide the best experience for you and your guests. Our fully stocked kitchen has all the amenities you will need to whip up that homemade meal. With plenty of workspace, and open feel, all your guests can join the fun.  Brew your morning coffee in the Keurig or your tea in the kettle.

The living area is open and spacious with a gas fireplace and large ROKU TV to stream all your favorites. Snuggle up with our extra soft blankets.

The outdoor decks offer ample seating and some of the most beautiful mountain views Big Bear has to offer.

On the main floor you will find a stackable washer and dryer.

The main floor is spacious and is sure to be the gathering spot for your crew. Visit while you cook a hot meal, gather around the fire with your choice of games, or just relax on the sectional sofa and enjoy the solitude of Big Bear.

Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a dreamy king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom.  The balcony off the primary suite is sure to be your morning coffee vibe.

Next door is the second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and large deck with outdoor furniture. This deck is a must to watch the snowfall or take in the panoramic mountain views.

Send the kiddos downstairs where you can sleep four on the pull-out sofa, two twin beds, and a Pak n Play. Here they can play games, stream their favorite games, and shows, or just relax.

Powerful WIFI lets you stream all your favorites on the ROKU smart TVs, or for you work from home folks that want to take the office to the mountains.
 

The Outdoors:

Enjoy all the seasons that Big Bear has to offer on our full outdoor sectional, and decks outside of each bedroom and great room.

Propane grill with side burner to make the perfect meal.

Panoramic mountain views with walking access to the national forest and hiking trails only .5 mile away.

For animal lovers, leave some peanuts out for our chipmunks and squirrels, watch the birds feed from our feeder, and enjoy the beautiful stars at night.


Recreation:

We are an easy walk to Bear Mountain Ski resort, and a quick drive to Snow Summit for mountain biking and night skiing.

If you are a golfer, bring your clubs!   Bear Mountain Golf Course is within walking distance.

Enjoy the bounty of board games, poker, dice, card games, backgammon in the downstairs room.  Books, puzzles, and Legos are available for your young children’s enjoyment.

Take a hike!  Our beautiful national forest is an easy walk and only .5 miles away.   Big Bear has some of the most beautiful hiking/biking trails in Southern California.  Look through our guest book to check out our favorite activities for each season!

Parking:

Level parking space for three cars.

We love hosting your well-behaved dogs! We have a two-dog maximum and ask that all animals are potty trained and not left unattended in the cabin.  Your furry friends should not be on any furniture in the cabin, and any pet hair cleaned before departure.  All pet waste outdoors must be collected and disposed of when you remove your trash.  If your dog has an accident anywhere inside the cabin, we will charge an additional fee to clean the area.   A $30 non-refundable per pet fee is required.


Maximum of 2 pets strictly enforced. Bringing additional pets inside this home will result in the loss of the full deposit

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
