Enjoy this Beautiful Log home and all the Magical Views that come along with it. Bring the whole Family and enjoy all 4 seasons here is Beautiful Big Bear Lake! Enjoy the skiing and snowboarding in the Winter or the Lake fun in the Summer!

Welcome to our cabin! Its majestic mountain views will take your breath away!!

This two-story family home is perfect for a family getaway or a cozy couple's weekend in the mountains. Located in elegant Castle Glen Estates, you will be sleeping on a real mountaintop. The open-concept living area offers lodge pole pine trim, slate floors, granite countertops, and a floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals or comfort food delights. The main level provides access to a huge deck with a propane BBQ and an outside dining table, so you can enjoy the view while feasting.

The master bedroom offers a cozy fireplace and a private full bath with a shower, double vanity, and jetted tub where you can gaze at the scenery as you soak.

The upper level offers two guest rooms, both with queen beds, and access to a shared deck to take in the fresh air and beautiful views. The children's room sleeps two on twin bunk beds and offers a flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player. The game room has a pool table, poker table, and large-screen TV. The couch easily converts into a queen bed for additional sleeping.

We do not accept booking requests without information about potential guests. Our home is not suitable for parties.

• Kitchen is equipped with all the basic essentials for cooking great meals, a coffee maker, dishes, and cookware are provided.
• Kitchen dish soap and dish towels are provided
• Propane BBQ- Propane provided
• Bath towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided
• You will need heavy-duty trash bags for your trash, not provided. City code requires all guests to deposit their trash at the local dumpsite upon departure. Directions to the site are provided at the cabin.
• During cold weather you will probably want to bring firewood for the fireplace or you can purchase it at local stores when you arrive.
• “Things Good To Know” are posted on the refrigerator door for you.
Rules to Vacation by
Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite unless there are commercial trash bins at your property (condo).
Clean Bear trash locations:

Consequences
Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
No loud parties after 10 pm Check-In requires confirmation of photo I.D. and signature of rental agreement. We will send you a text message the day prior to your arrival to the phone number you provided on your reservation. Check-In will be with a Check-In agent at our office located at Bear Valley Lock &Key 477 S Eureka Drive Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. The Check-In agent will give you entry instructions and answer any questions you may have about the property. No renters under the age 21. No smoking indoors. Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported. Firewood is not provided for guest use. Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided) If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee. No beer, wine, lotions, grease, or dirt in the Jacuzzi/spa. If the spa is abused and water needs to be drained and filled you will be charged $75 drain and fill fee. Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only. Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check in at the property.

We had such a great time! We actually extended our stay for 2 more nights. Bonus that I don’t think tells you, is that the backyard has an Awesome hill for sledding!! Our kids LOVED it! The views were awesome, home was beautiful. We’d love to stay here again in the future!
