This townhouse is conveniently located right next to Snow Summit Ski Resort. Spend the day on the slopes and come back to a cozy, comfortable home just for you. Just a short drive to the Village, lake, shops, and local restaurants. Close to National Forest hiking trails. Perfect for small families who want to make memories on the Big Bear slopes.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, a beautiful gas/wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, half bath, and deck. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and 2 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Cable TVs, fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy gas/wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Private hot tub and community charcoal barbecues. Enjoy gorgeous views from the front porch or deck.

Unfortunately all communication was going to my spam texts so i wasnt getting any messages and had to keep calling. Probably my fault more than anything but was surprised. The condo was clean and had good linens. We didnt get a chance to use the hot tub. We arrived after dark and it was a little difficult to find the unit but not too bad. We had a good time and easily walked to snow summit to spend the day on the slopes.

Condo was fine and easy walk to the slopes. The one issue was the spa that went on and off all night and was very loud just outside the master bedroom. We turned the temp down to 55 which gave us a 2 hr respite from the noise, but it kicked on again at midnight. Not sure if there is a way to turn off the spa for the night, but that would make me want to stay again.

You probably can't get much closer to Snow Summit! The location was amazing. Access to your car was also very close. The unit was so cute - very warm and friendly. Unfortunately, this place could use some TLC. There were brown drips on the walls; window sill's haven't been cleaned in years; where the carpet seams were coming apart, they nailed down wood transitions and the nails were coming up - got me in my heel; the hot tub (I'm assuming because of the cold weather) would run for 10 seconds every 5-10 minutes and would echo throughout the downstairs bedrooms. Made it difficult to sleep with that going off all night.

Aside from the Dirty sheets on the washer/Barking Dogs next door till 2AM/ Calling the maintenance to come fix the heater and the Jacuzzi clicking on at all hours of the night to stay heated ( There is no on and off button) we had to figure out how to turn it all the way down with broken screen) and no directions in the book. Knobs in shower don't turn water off right and the knobs in the downstairs sink are loose... The rest of the stay was pretty good if you don't care about the little things. We have stayed at the other units and never had any issues this one seems abandoned and not maintained.
