This unique property is a duplex, with each side offering a private, separate cabin that can be reserved individually or together. Please note: there is no internal connection between the two cabins.

Family Weekend Get-away

Great for a large group. Moms and dads took one unit and adult kids took the other. Bedrooms upstairs made it easy for some to go to sleep early while others stayed up late. Country dining table seated all 12 of us. Rooms were very spacious so we never felt cramped Close to shopping and recreational activities. . Easy location to find. for space. Easy

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at Summit Estates recently and rented the two attached units. The units were very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for a day at Snow Summit. Everyone in our group loved the accommodations. The houses stay perfectly warm and the gas fireplaces add terrific ambiance. We recommend Summit Estates and would stay again!

Friends getaway

We were 5 seniors couples with there own rooms a very nice convenient 6 bedroom accommodations few minor things light bulbs missing or out, need to replace with LED bulbs all was clean, an enjoyable weekend out thank you.

Excellent location. Great price!

The condos are spacious, bright and clean. The location is well-centralized. Everything is walking distance. The rental pricing is very reasonable. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended.

Loved it!

We enjoyed, Everything about this combo retreat perfect for a large group.. very close to Lake and walking distance to Restaurants... Laurel was very Helpful and made it very Easy to Check in.. will definitely visit again ☺

Nice getaway

The property was clean but the furniture was old . The fireplace was very inviting but the pillows on the couch were old were torn. One chair look like it needed to be replaced immediately. For the price point of this property, furnishings need to be more upgraded. Bathroom towels were old and smelled of smoke . However , I did like the proximity to the snowboarding .

Excellent management team

The cabin is very nice, however, the reason why I would rent it again is the management team. They are super flexible and fast to answer any questions. I recommend this property.

Perfect property for families!!

We had family from 4 different states come to Big Bear for our parents 'Celebration of life'. The property was very comfortable and perfect for us. Everything was clean and easy. Thank you so much for a great property. This will go down in our book to use again.

Great Accomadations!

We had 12 adults and 2 small kids for a family reunion. We used both units. It was a wonderful stay. Unit #1 is better appointed, as far as serving dishes and pots and pans, so we did most of our cooking/eating over there. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint had more to do with the surrounding traffic since we were located a block from Big Bear Blvd.
