Modern Lakefront A Big Bear Lake

It is less than 5 minutes to the Village and less than 10 minutes from the Ski Resorts. Enjoy the views! YOU WILL NOT HAVE GUESTS ABOVE YOU.



We no longer rent both units at the same time to different guests.



Modern Lakefront Cabin A is the perfect escape for a couple. It has recently been updated with new contemporary finishes and decor and is ready for your enjoyment.



The open concept living space features a Well-Appointed Kitchen, a Dining Table, and a Comfortable Living Room with a Stone, Gas Fireplace - The perfect place to kick back and relax after a day on the Lake, a ride through the Forest or shopping in The Village. This unit has 1 bedroom with a luxurious King Bed and has a Full Bath as well.



Step outside to the Patio where you can enjoy a BBQ and a meal while listening to the sounds of the water lapping the shore. Be sure to watch the sunsets! Paradise!!

Amazing again

Thank you again for a great stay. We stayed here last year and it was so perfect we stayed here again. It is a perfect location and perfect house. We had an amazing time and the property owners are great and always helpful if needed. Probably gonna do this every year!

On the lake

This place was amazing primarily in its location and affordability. It is nice to stay at a place with a dock accessible to the lake and yet be so close to everything else. I really enjoyed the experience and hope to return sometime. When looking at the pictures on line remember it is only the bottom floor that is rented so the space is smaller but very clean and functional.

Place was great ,great location right by the lake ,very clean with everything needed unfortunately we had a bad snow storm but even then was great staying in watching tv and just relaxing...want to come back in the summer though.

Amazing and relaxing

The location was close to the village. Being right on the lake was amazing. The views were beautiful and it was quiet and relaxing. Also enjoyed the ducks that lived right outside the back door. Thank you for a great experience!!!

Heaven on the Lake

Just an absolutely gorgeous experience! Watching the sunrise/sunset was soul cleansing. The worst thing I could say about the experience was that there was only 3 hangers lol

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful location and a perfect little property to stay at Big Bear Lake. I took my girlfriend for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. We were close enough to everything that we wanted to do (mainly snowboarding in Snow Summit). Great communication by the hosts as well!

Perfect for 2

This property was just the right size for 2 people and the view right out onto the lake was beautiful. The fireplace was very attractive, but did not give out hardly any heat, so good that the wall heater worked quite well. Nice quiet location for a rental by the lake.

What's SUP, Big Bear 🐻?

We had a lovely time in Big Bear 🐻, SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board), Pontoon cruising, and watching the beautiful sunrise and sunset. Your property if out needs perfectly. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Jacqueline & Paul

Great location

This property’s location is wonderful: the house is 1 minutes walk to the water. If you are traveling all day and looking to spend the night there, that’s the place, especially eating breakfast outside or watch the sunset on the porch, however, this property is not well maintained: the restroom/shower door is broken on the bottom so it is hard to open and close. The only closet in the bedroom is full of stuff so it cannot be used. In addition, one of the night stand is broken, the facet in the kitchen is wrapped with tape and there is small shelf in the bathroom to put your toiletries.

Nice Place!

Communication with the property manager was smooth. Cute little place overlooking the lake. Here are a couple tips: - Extra comforter in the closet. The bedroom doesn’t get much heat from the heater, so it was clutch we found this. - Beware hot water. It gets scalding hot and is very touchy. -Tiny TV -What looks like little speakers plugged in are what I believe are pest control things. -Plenty of dishes to cook with! - Clean property - Locaed at the Very very end of the road, was a bit confusing at night. All in all, a great place I would check out again!

Perfect location

This was our second time renting this cabin for our anniversary and we weren’t disappointed. It is on a private road so minimal traffic and is steps away from the lake. Our only upgrade would be the size of the TV in the living room but other than that it is a great cabin that offers stunning views of the lake and a perfect getaway for a couple.

Great view But...

Great view! But ... even though no one was upstairs there was a noise that sounded like a fog horn and it went off every hour to hour and half 24/7. We know it was a rental for 2 but only one regular size glass, 2 large forks, 2 small forks, no mixing bowls, no medium sauce pans. It would be nice if the cabinets and drawers were lined. Hot pads would be helpful. Good thing there was a Dollar Tree and K-Mart in town. The blinds in the back of the house were sheer, so keep the lights off when dressing!
