Visit the unique fishing village of Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets and quaint harbour, or the seaside town of Bude which is a short drive away. Alternatively take a trip on the Oldenburg to the wild and rugged island of Lundy. The pretty coastal villages of Appledore and Instow are also well worth a visit and offer a variety of fish restaurants, bars and delicatessens. Other attractions such as Hartland Abbey and Hartland Quay, The Milky Way, The Big Sheep Adventure Park, Dartington Crystal and RHS Rosemoor are also within easy reach.

Head up three steps or the ramp to this lakeside lodge and through the door leading into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and also a washing machine. After a busy day, relax in the lounge area with comfortable seating whilst watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. Continue through the lodge to the four bedrooms: two doubles and two twin rooms, one of each has lovely views over the lake. Completing the accommodation is a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and WC, and a shower room with WC.

On a warm summer’s evening head out onto the large balcony which wraps around the lodge, perfect for al fresco dining, soak in the hot tub and relax and watch the wildlife. This unique lodge also boasts a large fenced lawn area making it a great option for guests with children and pets.
