Guests benefit from shared access to a heated angular swimming pool measuring 7 x 3 metres, with a surface area of 24 square metres and a depth of 150 centimetres, available seasonally from 15 May to 19 October. The apartment is organized as a 3-room configuration, beginning with a spacious 30 m2 living and dining area furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for additional guests. From this main living space, direct access leads to a roofed terrace of 7 m2 equipped with terrace furniture and offering a partial view of the sea. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and includes a private shower and WC. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A separate shower room with bidet and WC serves the remaining guests, bringing the total bathroom count to 2. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
