In the heart of Biarritz, just a stone's throw from the lively Halles and the Grande Plage, this unique architect-designed house plunges you into the warm, authentic world of a revisited fisherman's cottage. The decorative elements - nets, ropes, natural materials - evoke the city's seafaring spirit, while providing a refined, soothing setting. Thanks to excellent soundproofing, you can enjoy the city centre without the noise: here, calm and comfort are the key words.

THE HOUSE
Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, the house has 4 comfortable suites, all soundproofed and with their own shower room. The large, light-filled living room is the perfect place to share meals, board games or aperitifs on the intimate patio. A cosy television area awaits you for evenings of relaxation, and a discreet office area lets you stay connected if you need to. It all adds up to a convivial, functional and stylish atmosphere.

Practicalities
A parking space is available in a nearby car park - a real luxury in the city centre! The patio is a safe place to store your bikes and enjoy a quiet drink at the end of the day. The apartment is fully equipped, with linen provided, wifi and a modern kitchen... everything has been thought of to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The layout of the rooms guarantees privacy and tranquillity for everyone.

THE AREA
Located on rue Gambetta, one of Biarritz's most popular addresses, the house is just a 5-minute walk from Les Halles, the town's gourmet centre, and the Grande Plage for swimming and surfing. The area is packed with food shops, wine bars and small boutiques. Everything can be done on foot: leave the car in the car park and experience Biarritz like a local, between the market, the ocean and aperitifs on the terrace.


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMETABLE
As a general rule, accommodation is available from 4pm to 7pm, and from 8am to 10am. For arrivals after 7pm or departures before 8am, an additional charge will apply:
From 7pm to 10pm - €50
From 10pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6am - €120
From 6am to 8am - €80
