- a bathroom with Italian shower,
- a separate perfectly equipped kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, hot plates, dishwasher, fridge),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment, babycot, high chair, fan, electric roller shutters,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

Note : there are restoration works on the 4th floor in the building.
