Magnificent property - 1000m² - Private Pool

Superb house in southern style in one of the best areas of Grau d´Agde. Villa Flamants Rose is only 1.2 km from the beach at the end of a dead end street in a very quiet residential area. A 1000m² garden, a large covered terrace and its own private pool would makes it a unique stay with pure relaxation. You only have to leave this outstanding property with its own boules field to unwind on the beach or to go shoppin. The next bakery is approx. 500m and Lidl / Hyperu approx. 1.5 km away.

A stunning property in southern French style tempts you to enjoy a great part of your holidays outside. Numerous palm trees, three olive trees and several rows of oleanders (three colors) give the property a unique southern character. A lounge set, pool loungers, a large gas grill and the comfortable terrace table are providing you with plenty of relaxing possibilities. There is parking space for 3 cars on the property. You will find excellent equipment with a Bosch washing machine, a Samsung refrigerator, a Senseo coffee maker, microwave and a bar. The kitchen is first class equipped. The beds are 2m by 1.60 in two rooms and 2m by 1.80m in one room.

The Villa Flamants Rose is located in a very quiet and safe residential area. Mainly owners are living in the area and no tourists. An ideal place to spend a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

Die Unterkunft war - genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt - sehr schön und für unseren Familienurlaub mit 2 jähriger Tochter perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts und alles, was wir für den Alltag mit unserer Tochter benötigen war vor Ort. Das hat den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel gestaltet und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet Erholung für klein und groß.Herr Olbert selbst war jederzeit erreichbar. Er hat sich um alle Anfragen umgehend gekümmert und war überaus freundlich. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt und wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Das Grundstück ist wirklich super und der Pool war wunderbar. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (Spülmaschinentabs, Müllbeutel, Bügeleisen...), die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat immer schnell geklappt und er hat uns sehr gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Leider hat die Poolbeleuchtung nicht funktioniert und bei unserer Ankunft war noch das benutzte Frühstücksgeschirr der Vormieter im Geschirrspüler und Kaffeepads in der Kaffeemaschine. Der Rasen konnte aufgrund der Hitze nicht gemäht werden, wodurch das sehr schön bepflanzte Grundstück etwas verwildert wirkte. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau! Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

The stay was great! We had 3 wonderful weeks here. Timo thank you for the quick responses and tips! We already booked for next year. The pool is fantastic for the kids (and us to cool down during a hot day). The loved the trampoline and sandpit. We loved the beach being close by. And we could not believe how quiet the beaches were. High season and even during the weekend there was so much space! We usually went to a beach a bit further down the road as we could park there easier, and there was a beach bar. The house is great. I read earlier comments on no airco being available, but they added two airo units which were fantastic. 35 degrees outside but no issues sleeping. Great addition! Everything you need is already there. Fully equipped kitchen, table grill for outdoor cooking. Lovely bakery 5 minutes walk away for the morning bread and a huge Hyper U 5 minutes by car. Timo thank you for the welcome package and until next year!

Amazing property in a lovely area

We had such a lovely stay in the property. Amazing having our own pool, and nice spacious garden with its own petanque court. The surrounding area was very nice with the beach and many restaurants in walking distance. The host was very helpful and response and overall the process went very smoothly.

Traumhaus, sehr ruhige Lage

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus, es liegt wunderbar ruhig in einer Sachgasse. Infos vorab und Check-in verliefen reibungslos. Der Eigentümer und die Verwalterin vor Ort waren immer bei Fragen ansprechbar und super hilfsbereit, herzlichen Dank nochmal! Das Haus ist wirklich perfekt eingerichtet, es ist alles (!) da was man als Familie braucht (Babyphone, Rausfallschutz füs Bett, Kaffeemaschine, Senseo, Toaster ach und so viel mehr…!) Der Pool super und sauber. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Sehr, sehr schön!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt auf diesem toll angelegten und ruhig gelegenen Anwesen. Vom modern und ästhetisch eingerichteten Haus mit einer großen Veranda über den großzügigen Garten, den glasklaren Pool, den kleinen Spielplatz mit großem Trampolin bis hin zum dedizierte Boule-Feld - alles erfüllte oder übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation in Vorfeld, Check-In und -Out verliefen komplett unkompliziert. Zum nächsten Bäcker sind es 5 min zu Fuß, zum Strand ca. 20 min. Den nächstgelegenen Supermarkt erreicht man in 10 min mit dem Auto. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Villa spacieuse avec piscine et jardin au calme

Lors de la procédure de réservation, les contacts avec les propriétaires, Cynthia et Timo, sont très cordiaux. Dès l'arrivée, l'accueil est chaleureux et Marcelle et Jean-Louis sont à l'écoute pour faciliter votre séjour. La villa est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce et très bien équipée pour 6 personnes. Un havre de paix, proche de la mer (10' à pieds) où on se sent bien. Je recommande.

Overall it was a wonderful villa with a few minor remarks. The muskito's are freaking irritating, fore sure between 5 an 8 in the evening. And during our 3 weeks stay, with sometimes very high temperatures, an aircosystem would be really welcomed. The villa is nicely situated, close to the beach and lively village, with a wide range of great restaurants. The villa is well equipped and comfortable, including the pool, while the hosts are very supportive.

We had an excellent time in Timo's Appartment. The host was very friendly and did everything possible to make us a pleasant stay. The house was great and clean and provided everything we needed. The Pool was very clean and comfortable. There was a gardener coming to clean it once a week. All equipment for small children was made available to us. We highly recommend the house !

Großartiges Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Geräumiges und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus (Induktionsherd, Gasgrill etc.) auf weitläufigem Grundstück mit Außenpool.großer, teilweise überdachter Terrasse; ruhige Lage in Ferienhaus-Siedlung von Grau d‘Agde mit fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit (500 bis 1000 m) von Geschäften, Restaurants und Strand; freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter/örtliche Ansprechpartner. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour en famille. La maison est fonctionnelle et nous n'avons manqués de rien. Même si des commerces sont à proximité il est préférable d'être véhiculé. Les propriétaires sont joignables et répondent tres rapidement. Je recommande fortement cette région ainsi que la maison.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, vor allem in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist sehr schön, groß und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir waren 3 Wochen vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sunny Summery days

We are just back from 12 days in Agde and loved the area. We found everything as listed and in very good shape, much better plates and glasses (all matching) as we usually find. We had lots of fun in the pool, one beach as well as a super bakery and fruit shop are walking distance. We used the car to explore other beaches (do not miss the ones within the Ethang, much warmer) and places like Carcassonne and Montpellier. Timo gave good tips for restaurants. Shopping is easier, there is a huge Walmart type supermarket within a five minute drive, open 24/7 until 9 pm, also selling many prepared dishes as well as sushi, we did not expect such a huge market and also did not expect the abundance of nice restaurant areas. Trated ourselves to a private boating experience with Universyacht which was another highlight. To smooth the leaving we even received a parting gift from the host, very unexpected and nice. Very good trip!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir haben zu viert (zwei Kinder, 9 und 11) zwei tolle Wochen Sommerurlaub hier verbracht. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung, top sauber und es ist alles da, was wir brauchten: die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank, guter Gasgrill, Waschmaschine, bequeme Betten, Sofa, Stühle, Liegen am Pool... Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und auch Tiefe. Die Kinder wollten da gar nicht weg. Dennoch mussten sie einige Ausflüge mit uns machen. Die Lage ist dazu prädestiniert, Sète, Montpellier, Béziers, Carcassonne oder die Cévennen zu erkunden. Zum Bäcker und Obststand kann man in 5 min laufen, zum Strand (15 min) und zum Hafen mit z.T. guten Restaurants auch (ca. 30 min). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell, präzise und sehr nett. Die Schlüsselübergabe war vollkommen unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, hatten einen tollen Urlaub und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Wir gaben sehr schöne Rage in Grau d'Agde verbracht. Das Haus hat all das geboten, was in der Beschreibung stand. Alles sehr sauber und neuwertig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

Séjour datant de septembre 2021

nous avons passé d'agréables vacances en famille dans votre belle villa au calme, bien équipée. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas profité beaucoup de la piscine, température de l'eau un peu trop fraîche pour nous. Une piscine chauffée serait un plus indéniable lorsque le temps est moins chaud. Cette villa est bien située près de la plage et du centre d'Agde, le balnéocap spa à proximité 5 min en voiture vous permet de passer un agréable moment de détente dans un univers très relaxant, pour les sportifs, l'académie Frenchtouch pour le tennis à recommander ou encore l'accueil chaleureux des tireurs à l'arc de la compagnie des Archers Agatois qui ont initié notre fille "bénévolement" (c'est sur elle va s'inscrire dans un club à notre retour en Belgique) . Accueil chaleureux de la personne qui s'occupe de la maison - merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue -ainsi que pour les boissons fraîches. Peut-être à bientôt.

Super Ferienhaus mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern

Wir hatten 2 entspannte Wochen in dem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Hervorzuheben sind der sehr freundliche Empfang und insbesondere die Sauberkeit des Hauses bei unserer Ankunft. Die Lage ist ebenfalls prima - kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und zum Bäcker. Gerade die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat hervorragend geklappt und die Vermieter haben sogar geholfen, die Sprachbarriere bei unserer Ankunft (wir sprechen leider nicht fließend französisch) zu überwinden. Die Ausstattung vor Ort ist super und der Pool ist auch ein Knaller. Wir können die Buchung dieses Objekts auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Très belle villa

Très bonne accueil de la dame qui s'occupe de la villa. La villa est belle, au calme dans une impasse, propre, fonctionnelle et proche de marseillan / cap d'agde centre donc bien situé. Nous avons passez de superbes vacances.
