Clean, a little wear and tear. Could use painting in some areas. Nice view from our balcony, but we could hear the people in the pool and we were on the 3rd floor. Nice parking and vending area near the pool

Emerald Shores Resort
Older building but I don't mind as it was clean. Pool was not cleaned the 6 days we were there. Hot tub was not working. It was to cool to get in anyway but the kids enjoyed it. Fantasy Island Resort, Daytona Beach Shores
