  • Private terrace apartment in my home! The pool is exclusively for guests/not shared. Guest apt. includes everything pictured, 2 br 1ba, projection theater seats up to 8 and can sleep four on two full size futons and two twin rollaway beds... a full eat-in kitchen, living room with bar, laundry room, private in-ground pool, fire pit and covered outdoor dining area with grill. Minutes from Road Atlanta, Infinite Energy Arena, UGA, Lake Lanier, Chateau Elan Winery and right in the middle of Georgia's beautiful horse farms and expansive cattle pastures.
    The space
    You will be amazed at this lovely resort-like 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment located on the terrace level of my home! Open and spacious enough for you, your pets and your group to feel super comfortable and entertained! You will have your own private outdoor area, fully fenced with lots of room for pets to play, a child's cedar play set and a pool with covered outside dining. There is plenty of seating and a grill. You can watch the game or a movie in your own private theater that seats up to 10! The theater can double as a bedroom if needed. It has 2 sofas that convert to full size beds. There is a fully equipped dine-in kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, large living room with built-in bar, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
    I am a designer and I have a fun Tuscan theme going on that you will all enjoy! So bring friends and family to relax and enjoy this resort-like experience together!
    Guest access
    Enjoy the entire apartment with exclusive use of the pool until dark or sundown each day. Just call or text to request pool time after dark. You must sign a waiver if you choose to use the pool. The upper deck in the back is private for us.
    Other things to note
    There are NO stairs to access the guest apartment.
    Pets are welcome and pet fees are $10 per pet under 20 lb and $20 per pet over 20 lb per night per pet.

Beautiful property! The pool was a treat. The king bed was super comfy, as a matter of fact I hadn’t slept that well in years. Overall this property exceeded our expectations, plus we had a wonderful host!

The owner was super sweet and we loved our little home away from home. So many amenities and close to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway. The place was charming and had everything we needed and more. Thank you for a lovely stay! We will certainly be back again.

Carla was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. She was always available whenever we needed anything, and the apartment was absolutely perfect! We especially enjoyed the pool and appreciated the in-home dehumidifier — such a thoughtful touch. Carla truly thought of everything!

This was a perfect rental for our family and pet! The pool and patio area were we grilled was very relaxing and secluded. The theater was great for our family gathering to watch movies. Overall the entire place was very clean, but the best of all, was the attention our host gave us, very nice and attentive. She was always a phone call away to answer any question. Highly recommend this one!!

Thanksgiving Holiday

Our family of 4 and 2 dogs stayed here while visiting family in Winder and Athens. The tall ceilings & nicely designed interior created a spacious & comfortable experience. We appreciated the fenced, private backyard and the quiet neighborhood lined with sidewalks for daily long walks. We had a good experience and would stay here again in the future. Beautiful and quiet

My teenage daughter and I enjoyed this apartment. The entire place was beautiful and well-stocked. We really liked the pool too! And the home theater-- awesome!! The hostess was incredible to work with! She was really sweet and worked really hard to make you feel welcome and answer any questions you might have!

Fun Easter Weekend!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Beautiful property and well supplied with anything you may need. The host, Carla was so sweet and very responsive to any requests. Only had two minor things and they were taken care of immediately. We went to the zoo, botanical gardens, Stone Mountain and the park, all very close. Also had family movie night in the theatre room 💜💜 We definitely recommend this place for a fun family vacation. Thank you again Carla💜

Southern Hospitality at its best

First I’d like to say Carla was super responsive from prior to booking to our trip to during our stay for any needs ( not that there were many) The place was just as described, immaculate, and much bigger than expected, Instacart was quick to deliver, the porch and yard and barbecue was great for any family from small children up and even your friendly four legged friends. My only wish was that the season allowed for us to swim in the beautiful pool! While definitely country living ( right up my alley) the shops and things to do were within 30 minutes, and perfect location for where our tournament was! Would definitely consider staying again ❤️ Thanks Carla 👏

Host did not disclose pet fees before giving check-in information. She has now changed her ad to reflect this.Basement was very comfortable. Had to clean stove top to use, otherwise unit was very clean. Beware of vines with thorns in rough area where your pets need to go. Parking is incorrect in picture. A truck stays parked there so you need to park to right of it which is very tight trying to unload.

The apartment is a very spacious 2 bedroom and very well kept. My family and I was there for our Grandsons wedding. The pool is beautiful. Carla is your host. She is very sweet and helpful. If you need a relaxing place to stay this is a great choice.

The apartment is so comfortable and spacious! Carla goes the extra mile make sure guests sre welcomed and comfortable. Everything is sparkling clean and in great shape. The neighborhood is lovely and blissfully quiet. It’s close to restaurants and shopping, but not too close. Our 2 year old grandson visited us during the day and the theater room was perfect for cartoons and keeping his toys contained. The kitchen is well appointed and met our needs. We did not use the pool due to the weather being a little cool, but it is well maintained. We will defiinitely try to stay here again!
