    Perfect for your next family beach-cation, this seventh-floor condo offers guests access to incredible shared amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, children's pool, a private (guarded) beach, championship tennis, fitness center, biking and walking trails, mini-golf, sauna, and the convenience of being mere steps away from the beach. This oceanfront escapade boasts a private beach and waterfront balcony equipped with a handful of chairs, offering the perfect spot to admire jaw-dropping sunsets and listen to the waves crash into the distance. Unwind in the coastal-themed living room and watch your favorite sports team's game on the flatscreen TV with cable while sipping on a refreshing smoothie or munching on delicious snacks. Put on the chef's apron and treat your loved ones to that recipe you've been dying to try in the fully-equipped kitchen. It offers all the appliances and cookware needed to make cooking a breeze, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Take advantage of the stackable washer/dryer and do your laundry at home–there's no need to walk around town with your laundry bag anymore! The main bedroom has its own en suite bath. Things to Know Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle, and year-round security.     Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



    Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

My husband and I came here with our toddler and it was an amazing trip. The location is great, beautiful view of the ocean, restaurants in walking distance or quick drive to boardwalk. The unit itself was very clean. We had a lovely time and already planning our trip next summer at Sea Colony!

Clean and comfy

Accurate pictures, comfortable and good size. Great balcony views and outdoor furniture, was my favorite place to hang. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and worked well for my needs.

Owners were very helpful and friendly. Unique area with some great fishing! Defintely hit up the White Turkey for burgers and root beer floats!

Girls Weekend!

We loved our visit! The view was gorgeous and the balcony chairs were perfect! We enjoyed the hot-tub, sauna and pool in the fitness center. It was nice to have a well stocked kitchen and we appreciated the extra blankets. We will be back!

Well appointed condo. The owners have put a lot of thought into stocking the rental with everything that you would need. Nice furnishings, comfy beds and a beautiful view of the Atlantic.

Girl's weekend at Bethany

Great location with amazing ocean view from living room, master bedroom and small balcony. Galley kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. Two full baths were clean, bright, with attractive tiled shower. Great location within walking distance of boardwalk, restaurants.
