This single-story seaside resort condo features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen (with stainless appliances, glass-fronted cabinets and granite countertops), full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 2 TVs (42' flat-screen in living room), DVD, Blu-ray, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in the bedrooms, with tile flooring in the remainder of the condo. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, summer community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Please respect the no dog policy. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Què li ha agradat: Neteja, comunicació, ubicació, precisió de l’anunci
The unit was nicely stocked except we needed extra toilet paper that we had to buy. It was average clean because of a few couch stains and a dirty towel left in one of the bathrooms. Also, the master bedroom screen was ripped. Check-in was slightly confusing because the door sign was labeled something different than VueStay.The absolute worse part had nothing to do with the unit. Because of construction on the building, we were notified one day in advance that the water would be shut off from 9 am - 1 pm. That wasn’t a major inconvenience because we planned a trip to Assateague Island for the day. However, when we returned, there was a sign in the elevator that water would be shut off a second time for the same hours the next day. We had two handicapped people and we planned a beach day and they would hang out in the condo - not ideal. The view and sound of the ocean was absolutely priceless. We would definitely stay here again to enjoy the beautiful balcony in the Georgetown Building. We loved it!
