Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 2 TVs, 2 DVDs, Keurig, Wifi. * Notes: This Sea Colony condo offers mini-weeks year round with a 5-night minimum during the summer and a 3-night minimum during the off-season. Features showers only - no tubs. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, summer community shuttle and year-round security.     Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



    Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Bethany heavenly.

Perfect quiet piece of heaven. Able to get our toes in the sand, watch the dolphins, saw some Eagles, and in general enjoy some ocean solitude. Great eateries close by. Highly recommend it.

Relaxing stay

The view and location were perfect. Finding the parking spot was frustrating and the bed was uncomfortable, but the sofa bed was comfy. The place had amazing view and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.
