Just steps to the surf and sand of Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort retreat features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 flat-screen TVs, 3 DVDs, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in bedrooms only - wood flooring in living room & dining room. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

    Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



    Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view, tv’s in all the rooms especially the very large screened one in the living room, and the decor of the condo. The beds were also very comfortable.
