    Tucked between the pines and the ocean, this home offers the best of coastal Delaware living with access to the private, guarded Middlesex Beach. Enjoy quiet mornings, peaceful surroundings, and a less crowded, relaxed beach experience while just minutes from the shops and restaurants of Bethany Beach.



    You'll be just a mile and a half from Bethany Beach Boardwalk, home to some of Delaware's most incredible attractions! Go on a shopping spree on the boardwalk for some adorable knickknacks to bring home, then feast at one of the delicious dine-in restaurants. You'll be just three blocks from the beach, so set up on the shores and relax as you feel the soothing ocean breeze. Afterward, wash the sand off in the large outdoor shower. Treat your family to ice cream at the nearby parlor, or rent a bike and ride across the beautiful coastline. After you've soaked up enough sun, head back to your home away from home and be welcomed in with open arms by this stunning Middlesex Beach vacation rental.



    At this private beach community home, you'll be glad to know there are no large crowds or major noise, solidifying its spot as the softest and most beautiful beach in the area. From the ivory interior decor to the gorgeous overall aesthetic, you'll be able to find some much-needed peace. Head inside and lie on the comfortable couches in the spacious living area for a quick nap. Around sunset, step out onto the massive deck on the private wooded lot and kick it back with a cold drink in hand while you enjoy the beautiful view.

Lovely, quiet neighborhood, just minutes from the beach. Nicely wooded lot, house has tons of window and a huge open space, so very bright and inviting. Extremely pet friendly. We had a great week staying there with 3 generations of family and their respective pups.

Great Location, Clean, and Amazing Neighborhood

House was very clean and the communication from before check-in through check-out was exceptional! I would highly recommend this house for a summer rental - private beach, quiet neighborhood and close to everything!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this house for our weekend visit to the beach. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our group. It was also convenient to many restaurants and not too far from the beach!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with a short walking distance to the beach. The home reminded me of the woods, with the smell of pine trees and sea salt in the morning. Ample parking in a private driveway, with a beautiful yard. Convenient to shopping and great restaurants.

A breezy oasis surrounded by pines and hydrangea! Quiet, clean, comfy. Outstanding deck. The grill could use an update, it seems to be dying. Will return, my family and I had a lovely time.

The house is wonderful and comfortable. We really enjoyed the location and house itself and would definitely go back. You can tell that the owner has made an effort to make people feel welcome and the house has a warm, comfy vibe. A wonderful plus that it's dog-friendly! Our two little dogs loved walking around the nice neighborhood. Thank you!

Vacasa is Terrible

The toilet broke (happens) but dealing with Vacase (the property mangers) was a nightmare. Took all day to get a simple fix. We asked for a late checkout as compensation. No answer for two days. So we left at the specified time. An hour later they called to give us the late checkout. Thanks for nothing. When I asked for other compensation they didn't respond for days. Finally gave me a $25 credit that didn't even begin to cover the hassle of working with them. Never ever use Vacasa.
