Set in a quiet pine forest beside 11 lakes, with a beach 250 metres from the door and Berlin just 40 minutes away, this is the rare find that doesn't make you choose between the two.



The villa sleeps up to 11 guests across three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and a gallery with three single beds. Granite floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating, and a wood-burning fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Two bedrooms open directly onto the balcony. The wellness bathroom features a rain shower, freestanding bathtub, and a bidet.



Outside, enjoy a large fenced garden with two private terraces and multiple dining and lounge areas under the pines — ideal for group dinners around the charcoal barbecue. A third terrace belongs to the annex apartment next door and can be used if the annex is not occupied. Three options: book the annex too, for up to 14 guests with extra beds and baths; add it on request for an extra fee for that space, up to 11 guests; or keep it vacant for exclusive use of the grounds. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, dedicated coffee and drinks stations, and multiple seating options. Further amenities include washer, dryer, and high-speed WiFi. Baby cot and highchair are available on request. Parking for up to four cars, one in the garage. Beach towels, bedlinen, towels, and toiletries are included.
