Angera, 10 km away, is a charming laid-back village of with the historic Castle ‘La Rocca’ and ferry to Arona. The villa is also 10 km away from the charming town of Laveno, where you can hop on any ferry to explore the wonders of the lake (regular crossings to the Borromeo islands, Stresa and Verbania Intra). The railway station of Laveno easily connects you with Milan city centre.
