"Room smelled bad and hair in bathtub that was not ours. Key cards never worked."

"Tried to call the actual hotel numerous times and the 800# numerous times because we were visiting with people we traveled to see and was afraid wouldn't make it there by 8PM. However, we left our engagement to avoid arriving too late for check-in. (the latest check-in time per the website and confirmation) The line would not be answered and/or would ring into their fax line. When we arrived, I was told "I thought something was going on since the fax line kept ringing and no calls were coming...

"The beds are more comfortable than mine at home. The exterior is very well lit at night."

"The staff at the spa the refuse to service me and my partner for a pedicure, we just told no cause the were unavailable to attend us, like we don't matter, we're very unpolished, however the staff at the restaurant make up for that and they were fantastic, excelente food and superior service."

"Climbing to a third story room when there was no one on the first two floors was a bit baffling. (We’re old) The room was a pleasant surprise as it was spacious and clean and the second bath was truly appreciated. We couldn’t use the bedroom bathroom sink as the stopper seemed to be permanently stopped. Being greeted at the main door was regrettable as the trash receptacle was overflowing. All in all not a bad stay but a return is doubtful."

"This is a cute little cottage that could use a little love. The hot tub was nice and very hot, but quite public. You're surrounded by houses. Overall, it's a cheap place that feels cheap. Also checkout is actually at 11, though the listing says 12. "
