- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, electric coffee maker...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A loggia of 4 m² facing South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment within a residence in edge of sea. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

You will have the opportunity to enjoy a large number of activities: walks or bike rides on the coast, walk along the marina, tennis, horse riding club, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, circular cinema Arromanche 360, Casino, Visit of the Juno Beach museum in Courseulles-sur-Mer...
We advise you to go to the very beautiful market which is in the center of Courseulles-sur-Mer , on Tuesday and Friday.
